Since I found this place on Google thought that I should return the favor for anyone who is struggling to find a good massage among all the shops in the area. Bear Hug was clean and professional which was highly appreciated. Very good massages for both me and my partner at an outstanding value. Keep walking past the many other storefronts until you find this one. They also take credit card payments but with a nominal fee. Helpful if you’re running low on cash.

I cannot say enough good things about Bear Hug Massage. I was fortunate enough to stay at the Four Points by Sheraton hotel directly across the street, so I literally went and popped over every ... single ... day I was there (seven, in total) to get at least one two-hour massage. Genie <sp?> and Poppi <sp?> were especially friendly, professional, and extremely talented to the point I specifically went back to see them multiple times. Poppi, in particular, worked knots out of my shoulders I didn't even know I had. If nirvana exists, it's certainly how I felt walking out of Bear Hug Massage after each massage. I cannot wait to go back to Bangkok just so I can return here again for the daily massages.

Amazing massage place! The quality of the massage is really good, relaxing beds and music. The staff is super friendly and caring. I accidentally left my earrings in the parlour, and the staff found them, kept them safe and returned them back to me. I have been to other places in the area, but this one is the best!

I have been to this salon several times and everything is perfect. The manager is smiling, it's pleasant and the therapist who took care of me (Bella) is extremely competent and professional, she did an excellent job. I 100% recommend this salon, the best in Bangkok.

P.pim is a wonderful masseuse. He will soothe your tired body with a Thai massage. He is also fluent in English, so you can enjoy the massage along with his English.

A truly fabulous massage! We first had a one-hour foot massage downstairs on very comfortable chairs. The technique was excellent! After that, we had an oil massage upstairs. There are separate rooms with curtains upstairs. By far one of the best massages. And finally, a cup of tea.

These days in Bangkok it's sometimes hard to find a place for a quiet massage, well done and well priced with therapist that respect the time you pay for. In this shop 60 minutes is 65 minutes, which gives you time to enjoy your experience without fear of being scammed like so many other shops ! Professional massages recommended !

I recently treated myself to their aromatherapy massage and was impressed by the experience they provided. Not the best but not the worst. It was 6pm and we got a 2hr head/shoulder/foot massage. Both our therapist were complaining they were tired & hands hurt. Again not the worst but with so many places to choose from - likely won’t be coming back. Clean and friendly though, good prices.

I chose Bear Hug Massage for the excellent reviews and great pricing (550 THB for 2 hr Thai massage). The manager and the facilities were nice, but unfortunately, I was disappointed with my massage. My masseuse seemed distracted, as her strokes were inconsistent in pattern and pressure. Later when I was facing upward, I opened my eyes to see her texting on her phone with one hand while massaging me with the other hand. My husband said his massage was fine but that he had received better massages elsewhere.

The other day, I was staying at the Four Seasons hotel across the street, and went to this spa for a massage. I ordered a 90-minute body massage, and the first 60 minutes were very satisfying. However, towards the end, there was a lot of sales talk about how much I'd like to tip, and how about a lower body massage, and I couldn't relax at all. Not all spa staff behave like this, but personally, it was a disappointing experience.
