Where does a Spotlight campaign appear?
Spotlight follows the verified service categories selected for the campaign. For example, a Special Massage campaign appears on Special Massage category pages and on shop pages for businesses that offer Special Massage. It does not appear on Foot Massage pages or shop pages that do not offer Special Massage.
Can Premium shops hide negative reviews?
No. Premium shops can pin up to 3 owner-selected reviews at the top, but all captured reviews remain available below. Paid placement never changes a shop’s rating or removes customer feedback.
Does a paid badge mean Massage Asoke recommends the shop?
No. Featured, Premium, and Spotlight badges identify promoted placement. They are separate from customer ratings, reviews, and any independent editorial assessment.
What is included in the monthly Premium report?
The report focuses on useful customer actions: listing views, website and booking clicks, calls, messaging clicks, and direction requests when those actions are available on your listing.
Can I change my promotion or listing?
Yes. Premium includes one priority listing update each month. Spotlight includes up to two promotion changes each month. Important factual corrections can always be submitted.
How do Spotlight editorial landing pages work?
We create or improve dedicated editorial pages for relevant service searches and include your shop where it genuinely matches the topic. These pages use helpful service information, comparisons, internal links, and clear sponsored disclosure to support search-engine and AI discovery. Placement does not guarantee a particular ranking or AI citation.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, Thai bank transfer, PromptPay, and LINE Pay. Billing is monthly, and you can cancel at any time.
