How to use the massage pressure map

Use the map before a massage to make your preferences clear, especially when language, pain sensitivity, or an old injury makes a spoken explanation difficult.

A massage pressure map is a visual way to show a massage therapist where you prefer gentle, medium, or strong pressure and which areas should not be massaged.

How do I share my pressure preferences?

Select body areas, choose a pressure level, add any helpful notes, and export the completed map as a PNG image to show your therapist before the session. You can fill it out in Thai, switch to English, and save the image so Thai massage therapists who do not speak much English can still understand your preferences.

Can I use the map with a Thai-speaking therapist?
