The spa is thoughtfully designed across two elegant stories, centered around a serene courtyard adorned with a graceful fountain 🌿⛲. The wooden staircase leading to the upper level adds a distinctive architectural character—its occasional creaks may feel distracting to some, yet to others, they enhance the building’s rustic charm and authenticity 🪵✨. Each treatment room is generously proportioned, offering both a shower and a bathtub for complete comfort and convenience 🛁🚿. Notably, the toilet facilities are located outside the treatment rooms, maintaining a clean and tranquil therapy environment. Prices typically range between US$100–200, depending on the selected treatment and duration, reflecting the quality of service and the relaxing ambiance provided 💆♀️💎.
The massage parlor of my life. A massage lover who's spent about 5 million won on domestic/international massages. Of course, I wouldn't go unless it was over 50,000 won. The massage parlor I always went to with my local friends whenever I came to Thailand was The Massage Parlor of My Life. I had always insisted on going to that place, which offered affordable, yet authentic massages from Wat Pho, but I finally succumbed to capitalism. My girlfriend booked a massage for a ridiculous 100,000 won per person, and I felt like such a pushover. I was heartbroken even before I even stepped through the front door. The aroma that greeted me upon entering wasn't the so-called overpowering aroma, but rather something so visceral that I felt like they were extracting the fragrances themselves. Sitting on the sofa and sipping my welcome drink, I realized, without a word of a lie, that if I had this, I could even get a job overseas in Thailand, even in these times. The information worker knelt down to get down to our level as we sat on the sofa, explaining the procedure. His meticulous attention to detail was evident. My girlfriend and I split our options and were shown to a room. They prepared a room just for the two of us. To be honest, each room was the size of a typical massage parlor. It was big enough for six people to share. I chose the Thai massage. After exploring muscle locations for about five minutes, the massage therapist began in earnest. I could tell this masseuse was trained to combat muscle tension. She didn't just apply pressure; she pinpointed the exact muscle locations she'd identified. She also focused on areas that had previously been sore, without a word, focusing on them. I booked 110 minutes, and after about a dozen back-and-forths, she was done. 115 minutes had passed, and the five minutes of exploration were a freebie. The price was ridiculously high. It was ridiculously high. I was so pissed. I want to receive it every day, but my wallet refuses. Today, I have another reason to go to Thailand. Next time we meet, please bring me a truckload of welcome drinks.
This is a great place in a beautiful villa. The staff is highly knowledgeable and from the very moment you step into the place the service is amazing: in every details. The lady who did the treatment was absolutely fantastic, she knows her job very well and has very good skills, she also had an amazing energy. When I left the place after my treatment I felt such a calm energy like they removed all the pressure and the stress my body was having. It's already 2 days and I still feel calm and relax.
The coolest massage shop in Bangkok! It's worth every penny. It's so refreshing, I'll definitely be back! It was the best.
We booked through Klook and it was totally worth the price. Amazing service and massage, we would definitely come back again.
This is my 3rd time here. The must go place in Bangkok. Very relaxing place. Like the spa experience here.
My husband and I booked a couples massage here and it was excellent. Great ambiance and skilled massage therapists. Everyone was incredibly kind and it was a great way to kick off our trip after a long flight to Thailand.
Every time I go to Thailand, I feel like a princess after visiting this place. Even the people I went with said that they want to go there again when they go to Thailand. It's so good. Hot Stone Good.
When I made the reservation, I thought it might be a bit pricey, but before I even started, my mind completely changed. The staff was friendly, luxurious, and the massage was absolutely amazing. I've had massages at many other places, but this one is by far the best. The aromatherapy was fantastic, and every treatment was excellent. This is a must-visit when you're in Bangkok!
The price is higher than you'd think, but the service is top-notch, ranking it among the top three in Bangkok, Thailand. The facilities are top-notch, and above all, the staff is incredibly attentive and makes you feel at ease while receiving treatment. The therapist has over 20 years of experience, and is a veteran. It's a well-known fact that cheap is expensive, so you'll be satisfied with the price. I've had this massage every time, and I even got a discount for consecutive visits. The location is a bit of a drawback, though. I trust and recommend this place.
On Saturday, November 1st, I had a 140-minute hot stone massage before my late-night flight back home! (It was magical, the 140 minutes felt like 14 minutes.) The YUPA therapist was so wonderful, I felt the cost was worth it, and I had a truly satisfying and healing time. I will definitely be back when I return to Bangkok. Highly recommended.
A place to go for healing... The massage skills seem to be at least average, but the relaxing atmosphere and the attentive service...ㅎㅎ I don't know what to do, but I always feel incredibly satisfied when I visit here. I've only tried hot stone massages, and I've always been satisfied. And the basic amenities are nice...and somehow, the bar is always nice... The prices are getting higher and higher, which is a bit of a burden, though. ㅜ
I’ve been looking around for a prenatal massage and spa service that’s reliable and safe. I’m so glad I stumbled upon Bhawa. It was truly a luxurious experience where they thought of everything. The care from outside the spa where they greet you, all the way to sending you off in your ride is truly impeccable. The property is so beautiful too. It’s pricey compared to other locations but worth every penny. I truly feel a difference after the pampering service!
This spa is 200% satisfying. As soon as I got out of the taxi, the staff greeted me barefoot and guided me very comfortably until I entered the massage room. They meticulously focused on the specific areas I had pre-arranged, and I asked them to avoid applying pressure to my lower back, which they also diligently adhered to. The value for money is incomparable to local spas. I was delighted to be able to enjoy the service and massage skills of a high-end hotel spa at this price. I'm leaving a review so I can definitely visit again.
It was my first time experiencing a luxury spa, and I was constantly impressed! The staff's hospitality was excellent, and it was an extraordinary experience. The oil massage had just the right amount of pressure, and my body felt refreshed. After the massage, lotion and sunscreen were provided, as well as a hairdryer, so it was great to be able to try out the products sold at bhawa spa. I purchased the pillow mist and relaxing oil! The lychee tea welcome drink and the mango after the massage were both delicious. It was a dreamlike 150 minutes! I'll definitely visit again if I'm in Bangkok!
I visited again after 7 years, and I was very satisfied both then and now. The hot stone massage was perfect. It was my father’s first time getting a massage, and he was really pleased. The mango sticky rice was also delicious! All the staff and therapists were very kind, and the aroma oils smelled wonderful — I even bought a few items to take home.
Super comfortable, good service, and a decent massage. This spa is highly recommended.
I'm a Korean tourist who visits Bangkok 4-5 times a year to play golf. I go to local massages near the Conrad Bank, but I made a bold decision and booked a Bhawa on the 8 in Gowabi. I left with plenty of time to spare, but a sudden downpour meant a taxi took two hours. The staff delayed my reservation by 30 minutes, but I still arrived too late. The place closes at 9:00 PM, but the staff were friendly and helpful until 9:20 AM, extending their opening hours to provide a massage. I was very satisfied with the massage itself, but when I called the wrong massage, the staff even delayed their appointment until after work to help me. I'm impressed. Heavenly Hot Jewel Stone Massage 140 min (Aromatherapy Massage + Hot Stone + Signature Head & Scalp Revitalizing Massage) 3,850--3,220 THB Discount I'm a Korean tourist who visits Bangkok 4-5 times a year, mainly for golf. Although I usually go to local massage shops near Conrad Bangkok, this time I decided to treat myself and booked Bhawa on the 8 through Gowabi. We left with plenty of time to spare, but a sudden downpour caused the taxi ride to take nearly two hours. The staff kindly extended our reservation by 30 minutes, but we still arrived quite late. Even though the spa closes at 9 p.m., the staff waited until 9:20, warmly welcomed us, and extended their working hours to provide the treatment. The massage itself was incredibly satisfying, and even when we had trouble calling a Grab afterward, the staff postponed their own departure to help us. I was gently touched — such kindness and professionalism! I had the Heavenly Hot Jewel Stone Massage (140 min) — Aromatherapy Massage + Hot Stone + Signature Head & Scalp Revitalizing Massage — originally 3,850 THB, discounted to 3,220 THB
I’m a Korean tourist who comes to Bangkok 4–5 times a year mainly for golf. A local friend who knows Bangkok better than I do booked Bhawa on the 8 through Gowabi. We left CentralWorld with plenty of time, but due to a sudden heavy rain, the taxi ride ended up taking two hours. Even though the spa closes at 9 p.m., the staff kindly waited for us until 9:20 and extended their working hours to give us the massage. The massage itself was truly satisfying, and even when we had trouble calling a Grab afterward, the staff postponed their own departure to help us. I was deeply touched — truly heartwarming service!
Always the best
Super amazing and relaxing, the level of authenticity in their process is amazing, very welcoming , loved it, must go
This is a truly famous spa in Bangkok. I finally went! I was completely satisfied from the moment I walked in until I left. The massage techniques were truly excellent. It wasn't the type to use force or pain, but I could tell they were skilled. I immediately understood why they're so famous. The service and massage quality both exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely be back every time I visit Bangkok.❤️
A breathtakingly beautiful space, a comfortable and relaxing fragrance, and top-notch service. Satisfaction itself.
This was my first time at a luxury spa, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I was very satisfied with my two-hour hot stone massage. It was conducted in a large private room, and the masseuses were friendly. Before the massage, I chose the oil, had a physical checkup, checked for allergies, showered, and then had the two-hour massage. Then, I showered again, and finished, for a total of three hours. Afterward, I enjoyed tea and mango rice while browsing the bar and products. The facial oil was so refreshing and delicious that I purchased it. I would definitely visit again.
First of all, the staff are all friendly and attentive to their customers. The facilities are nice, hygienic, and very clean, and well-maintained. You can enjoy a relaxing massage in a private, spacious room. The masseuse also carefully checks the intensity of the massage to ensure it's appropriate. Other places offer aroma massages, which can be a bit embarrassing due to exposure. However, here, even when there's movement, they carefully cover it with a towel, making it comfortable and relaxing. The towels used on the beds are all clean, and the entire room smells pleasant. The oils used also have a pleasant scent and a clean feel. After the massage, I didn't feel uneasy, so I didn't need to shower. I felt like I was being pampered and treated well. When I hailed a Grab taxi, the staff was there at the front desk, checking the taxi number and even opening the door for me. I was so touched. I'll be back next time I visit Bangkok.
The staff here are very welcoming.
This is definitely the best massage place in Bangkok! I came here the day before I left for Korea, but if I had come earlier, I would have come again. I got a stone massage from masseuse Kai, and I highly recommend her!!
A spa like a garden. A spa like a café. It's Bara Spa. ^^ I was able to enjoy it at a discounted price through Gowabi. I received the signature hot jewel stone massage. It warms and relaxes the body. They also have a variety of aromatherapy options and pillow sprays, making for an even more pleasant rest.
I have been here twice, last year and this year. Both experiences are fantastic.
This is a massage parlor I visit every time I'm in Thailand. The environment and the masseuses are both excellent. Although massages are very cheap in Thailand, this place is worth spending a little extra to enjoy. 😎
The spa treatment here is very comfortable.
It was just as good as I expected! I think I had too high expectations. I think I was more concerned with other things than the quality of the massage itself.
I always visit Bawa Spa when I'm in Bangkok. This time, the massage style seemed different, and perhaps the masseuse was a novice, but she used a lot of rubbing techniques. I was a little taken aback. However, the comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, and the friendly customer service, made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
This is my go-to spa whenever I go to Bangkok. While the therapists vary slightly, they're clean and friendly, so if they have a promotion, I'm always willing to go.
I went there because of so many good reviews, but it wasn't worth it. I should have just gone to the massage parlor downstairs at the hotel. The massage was incredibly slow. Even the same banana massage at the hotel was much better with a 60-minute session than their 120-minute session! The aromatherapy oil was of mediocre quality, and they used it sparingly during the massage. I won't go again.
