I've been there twice. The place is very clean, very calm, and has a very zen atmosphere. The Foot Reflexology Massage was absolutely divine; I wish it had never ended. A little tip for the Thai Massage: go for the medium setting; the strong one is really too painful… I highly recommend it!

This was the most comfortable Thai massage I've ever had. It completely changed my previous impressions. The massage was very attentive, gentle, and comfortable.

Very good. Clean and professional. Not one of those sketchy massage places. This is more upmarket. Staff are very friendly and nice. I had the Foot Reflexology Massage 1 hour. There was a special promotion and I paid 540 THB (January 2026). Slightly more than other places but you are paying for quality here and a good massage. I would suggest making a booking as they are busy. Highly recommend.

I actually can leave 4 reviews as I came for 4 times in a row. Their therapist were all so good ! They massage all the point I needed. I always have massage in my home country as I have prolonged neck and back pain but she was just so so so good! I tried different therapist and they are all good. Pooh and bum were both good ! And my partner one was good. That’s why I guess all are good. Highly recommended but better call to make a reservation. They are quite full. Oh I tried Thai massage and head and shoulders.

Awesome 3hr spa experience and an oasis of calm amongst the madness of Bangkok surroundings. Treatments were topnotch with caring and qualified therapist. Already planning another visit to Bangkok next year to specifically visit this place a few times! Thank you and see you next year.

If you enjoy a gentle, delicate, and slow massage, try Dara Spa's "Ice" therapist. After my first massage, I booked an appointment for the next day and returned two days later, both of which were incredibly satisfying. (This was the first time I've ever spent 100 baht on a single foot massage tip.) After trying several massage shops to find the right therapist, I finally found this place. From the moment she washed my feet, I felt her gentle hands, which was a delight. The same care and skill were evident throughout the 90 minutes. (+) On the first day, I felt cold, so the receptionist replaced the cold water with hot ginger tea. My body warmed up quickly. On the second day, before my final neck and shoulder massage, the Ice therapist tied up my long hair with a hair tie she had provided. My hair was already loose the day before, so I had to fix it several times. I could feel the thoughtfulness and consideration shown to her customers. I've had a variety of massage experiences in Bangkok, whether through work, travel, or living there. This shop offers excellent skill, atmosphere, service, location, and price. While I'm not a fan of full-body massages, I'd definitely return for a Thai/oil massage.

I had such an unbelievable time here! I've been to other big spas in Bangkok, but Dahra has topped them all. I came here for a spa package and was looked after by Mai and felt SO pampered. Every little thing she did had so much care, intention and skill behind it. I haven't experienced that anywhere else, where each touch and action is like, "wow!" I've got a bit bored or underwhelmed with longer treatments at other places, but I didn't want it to end, here. I think the atmosphere really helps, it's such a relaxing and beautiful place. And the service is just top tier. Eve at reception was incredibly friendly and helpful... and Mai, Eve and Ice even came in at the end with birthday cake and sang happy birthday for me! So nice, I'm going to remember that forever! The staff got everything right here, and the price was so good for what you get! Can't recommend Dahra enough, and very happy I came for my birthday :)

Here you receive a pre-massage form where you can choose light, medium, and strong intensity, and the focus. I opted for shoulders and chest. Choose, at most, medium intensity.

I have had three different massages at Dahra Spa, each by a different therapist - and one of them was actually the best massage I’ve ever had. Overall the spa is very professional with a pleasant atmosphere and skilled therapists. Even late in the evening the quality of the massage remains consistently high. The value for money is definitely good and I will be happy to return.

It is my favoured Spa for massages in Bangkok. Staff, rooms, location is very good and clean. I like the highly professional skills of all staff; massage fantastic!

Massage was good. The receptionist however seemed visibly irritable with other customers and her own staff. Not hugely professional but perhaps she was tired.

The environment is clean and comfortable, the price is mid-to-high range, and the quality of the massage therapists depends on luck. Overall, it's a good place to relax and unwind if you're staying at a nearby hotel.

Overpriced and facilities are sub par for price point.

The place was pleasant and clean, but the massage was terrible, no technique whatsoever. We were a couple, had two different masseuses, and both had the same experience. Avoid it. Tourist trap.

The receptionist has a street low class type of attitude and temper. I advise them to reach Moontree at Phuket to enhance their people skills.

I went with my wife, my one does not know massage at all. Either to soft that I did not feel anything or when I asked to do it harder. She just make me felt so much pain. They cannot make any change because no one is free. So I had to cancel my service. Even worse was that they did not let me stay in the room to wait for my wife. So I have to leave. This is the worse experience I have in Bangkok.

Last year, a very professional short-hair stylist came here. This year, all the good stylists have left, and the rest are just average, like those middle-aged women selling massages for 300 baht a day. They didn't even fill out a questionnaire about the massage intensity for me. When I asked the front desk why they hadn't filled out the questionnaire beforehand, they said maybe the stylist forgot, shirking responsibility. They also didn't ask how the service was. This place is currently in terrible condition.
