It was perfect, from the beginning the ladies at the reception were lovely, to the ladies who did our massage. Very clean and hygienic, very professional. And we own several Spas, I know what I’m talking about! Highly recommended.

One of the best massages I had in Bangkok. Reasonable prices and perfect attention to customer and attention to details. Definitely will repeat the experience.

Brought my hubby for a massage at this place to end our trip in Bangkok. It takes around 10-15 mins walk from the Phrom Phong MRT station. Even the cars were slower on the way as the traffic can be quite slow moving. We arrived 15 mins earlier as suggested and we booked online(u need to pay first for your booking). We were worried there is no slot if we walked in and we were flying back already. The lady that served us at counter was very friendly and patient. Both me and my husband really enjoy our massage. Both our massage therapist is very skilled and followed the things we listed to do and avoid in our forms we filled in at beginning of visit. Loved the aromatherapy oil smells as well. We hope they continue their good work. :)

Was here on my last day of my recent trip to Bangkok and it was the best massage experience I've ever had.

A wonderful place, definitely worth a visit, especially for those looking for a good, high-quality relaxing massage. I booked a 3-hour session. The masseuse, a woman named Aor, was superb. She kneaded every part of my body and didn't hurt, as is usually the case in massage parlors (especially in Pattaya). However, for those who prefer a stronger massage, you can request it (fill out a form with your preferences when you arrive). Overall, I recommend this salon.

This is a highly recommended spa. The environment is fantastic. Before the massage, they will ask about your needs regarding massage intensity and the areas you prefer. They also have five different essential oils to choose from. During the massage, the therapists are absolutely quiet and don't chat with each other, allowing my husband and me to enjoy a peaceful massage experience.

WOW. I get monthly massages at home in the U.S. and Gaaya was easily one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Thoughtful, kind staff and great attention to detail during the massage. I was nervous of choosing “strong” pressure, but did not regret it (and I have before in Thailand..). Clean spaces, great scents used. Incredible cost to value!

The massage with Khun Paeng was excellent; the pressure was perfect. It was very relaxing. The place is clean and beautiful, and the staff are very welcoming.

EXCELLENT AND RELAXING

I recently visited Gaaya Oasis Spa, and it was a truly relaxing experience. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I had the aroma massage with Noodee, and she was fantastic—very skilled, gentle, and attentive to my preferred pressure and tension areas. The room was clean, cozy, and set up beautifully with soft music and calming scents. The massage itself was soothing and helped melt away my stress completely. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. I highly recommend Gaaya Oasis Spa.

Great and friendly service. Rooms arw clean and massages are good value for money. The lady who provided my toksen massage kept checking if the pressure was okay for me. She was attentive and provided very good service.

Booked thru GoWabi and got myself a 120 mins aromatherapy massage at 1598 baht. Thot to try it as it was recommended by a local Thai blogger that I follow. He shared it’s a place that locals frequent. Was early for my appointment and so I started early ard 1+pm. Reception staff was great, courteous. Was handled a row of small vials of oil to choose for my massage. Massage therapist was however average. It’s not ‘poor’ but just normal. I was asked to do a review after the session and when reception staff saw I ticked ‘average’, she got concerned and approached to confirm if I ticked ‘average’ and if I didn’t enjoy the session. I told her it was an okay session but not superb. I did see 2 local customers walking in as I was abt to leave. So perhaps it was just a mismatch for me.

The massage therapist was skilled, but her hands were so rough that the dead skin kept rubbing against my skin, which was very uncomfortable.

It was a terrible Thai massage experience. The aromatherapy massage bed was very awkward and uncomfortable. It was a awful two hours. The massage involved lying face down and having my back pressed for about an hour; I couldn't breathe properly. It was awful. The masseuse's pressure was inconsistent; I think I fell asleep because it felt like she was just lightly rubbing my back. And the worst part of the experience was the front-of-house staff who greeted the customers.
