This review might be a little late, but I had a great experience with massage from Lucky, the only male masseur at Infinity, during my trip to Bangkok during New Year earlier this year. The spaces at Infinity Wellbeing, including its room, are well designed and clean with a calming atmosphere. Lucky was also incredibly patient yet warm, and most importantly professional, skillful and strong when needed with his treatments. If you are looking for a spa that is not overly premium yet offers boutique-ish experience, this is definitely the place to go. You might even get additional discount if you stay a hotel along the same street! That said, the prices at Infinity are not even high to begin with.

We booked a spa day straight after landing. That is, 3 hours later, we took some time to get ready at the airport, including arriving at the hotel and enough time until the time we had set. We knew we had made a good choice as soon as we saw the El Al flight attendants from our flight, also arriving there to receive massage treatments after the flight. We were warmly welcomed, with an excellent explanation of everything, including the types of oils to choose from, the types of peelings to choose from, and the types of facial treatment products to choose from. We were served juice from their purple flower, which I don't remember the name of, and it was excellent and watermelon-like. The treatment took place in a double room that included a shower and toilet. First, you wash your feet, wear a special treatment panty, and start with an amazing peeling. After the peeling, you shower and prepare for a long 90-minute massage, which is also optional and you can choose the intensity of the massage between strong, medium, and weak, meaning pleasant and relaxing. We chose the pleasant and relaxing one, and it was simply perfect. Finally, a facial is performed with lots of massage, masks, creams, and more, all on a natural basis without chemicals. Also, in the facial treatment in particular, but also in the other treatments, everything is done with hand contact without devices, wow, what a touch they had, there are no words to describe the fun my wife and I had, we didn't imagine ourselves enjoying it so much. At the end of the massage, we were alert and energetic, much more creative than if we had arrived there after a long flight and a long time that we were awake. Amm, my wife's therapist, was wonderful and explained everything with golden hands. My therapist Nancy was simply perfect, her touch was so pleasant and she activated exactly the touch that I requested, pleasant and relaxing, well done to both of them, and in general, the whole experience was perfect thanks to them. We highly recommend doing such a spa day in a luxurious place and not just on the street but right in the center. There are quite a few in Bangkok, but Infinity wellbeing is highly, highly recommended!!! Anyone who really wants to enjoy a rare and perfect touch should ask for Nancy and Amm. Run there if you are in Bangkok!!!

I came for a 90 minute relaxation massage. My therapist Cherie was excellent, very gentle and calm. The establishment is serene and so relaxing. I will come back.

Came back here as it was my favourite spa place in Bangkok the last time I visited. did a 3 hour spa this time and was serviced by Honey. Amazing treatment and service. Still the same A star experience i had! Highly recommend.

It was really one of my best spa experiences ever - and I have been to a ot of spas. The minute you walk through the door you are in another world. Loud, polluted, hectic Bangkok is gone and you dive into another world with only friendly people, only good scents, only good drinks and treats, only spheric calm music (not that endless piano loop from all the other places), beautiful colors, the most comfortable massage table ever, luxurious sheets and towels, amazing oils and great scrubs to choose from, everything is just perfect. My therapist Lucky immediately found the perfect pressure my body needed and under the combination of strenth and gentleness I could totally let go and just relax. After the 3hour spa package I did not want to leave, so I added a mani-pedi and Fon is the most thorough nail person I have ever experienced. She makes it look like she is creating a piece of art. She is so focused on your nails and such a perfectionist who keeps going back, if she has the feeling something is not 100% perfect. And I am just a regular guy who got a basic manicure. I changed the pedicure in the middle of the session from basic to the spa pedicure, because I just loved the way she did her job. That was a great decision, because the calf wrap with the mint lotion is not to be missed. The whole experience was a 10 out of 10 and I usually always find stuff I don’t like, because I am so picky. Can’t wait to be back to Bangkok to repeat this joyous experience. Thank you everyone at Infinity Spa! 🙏🏼

I believe my nail tech’s name was Fon, and she did an amazing job—my nails turned out absolutely beautiful. I was in a bit of a time rush, and she still finished quickly without compromising quality. Truly excellent work. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Every time I’m in Bangkok, I will come here. Thank you so much!

An amazing spa experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and they are very careful about making sure your health is fully assessed and catered to with an intake form. Their complimentary items create a perfect end to end experience. I went twice during my time in Bangkok and both therapists were fantastic and I highly recommend them.

The experience was terrible. After booking online, they told me I had to go to another store and it would take 45 minutes to get there; the current store was full; it was a waste of everyone's time.
