Loved it here! I came as it was close to where I was staying but also as it was far cheaper than the other famous facial clinics around. It was the best facial I have ever had. Pok was my facials. She was so professional and kind. She spent ages doing the extractions which my skin really needed and I felt so relaxed the entire time. Hoping to come back when I come back to Bangkok in a few weeks as my skin is already looking so much better for it. Highly recommend 10/10

An absolutely incredible experience at this beauty salon in Bangkok! The staff are very welcoming and the place is spotless. I chose the P1 facial treatment. The blackhead removal was done manually with great professionalism, the Korean skincare products are excellent, and I left with perfectly clean and clear skin. As a bonus, I received an arm and leg massage while the mask was on… a pure moment of bliss! I highly recommend this salon!

I had a deep facial cleaning today with Pum which im happy with as they do thorough cleaning and extraction of Whiteheas and blackheads which i wanted that makes my face bright and clean again, the receptionist Noi was so kind to accept me as a last minute walk in booking even though I haven't booked my appointment. I am sorry to give a bad review, but this is the second time that I have a bad experience at this spa. The facial treatment was given by a poorly untrained staff, who clearly did not know how to massage and move around a human face with some care and precision. Both the cleaning and the application of lotions and mask was done very fast and in an abrupt manner. As if she was cleaning a kitchen counter or slapping some butter on a chicken! It made me feel really upset and wanting to leave. And I should have, as when she applied moisturizer at the end, she put on my face such an excessive amount that: 1) a substantial amount went up my nose, and 2) when she left I still had on my face a thick layer of moisturizer, and I had it to rub it off with a towel. This business has a good reputation, they should try to maintain it by hiring only skilled staff and give them serious and regular training.
