I've always enjoyed Let's Relax and this time out was no different. Perched on the 30th floor, the views are great. The space is large, spotlessly clean and smells lovely. You start to relax once you step in. The staff are professional and take good care of you. They ask for your language preference and areas you wish to focus on. I always recommend Let's Relax to friends.

Ploenchit branch was exceptionally clean and had good ambient. Although I couldn't book for two nights, during the session, place did not feel crowded. 120 minutes Thai massage + herbal oil helped me clear sinus and muscle tension built over carrying baby & luggage. Would definitely come back to try other massage options.

Before the massage, I used a tablet to familiarize myself with the pressure and my physical condition. The herbal Thai massage was incredibly relaxing, and the masseuse's technique was extremely comfortable. I'm currently booking a massage for the next day. My first time trying mango sticky rice was also delicious.

The Perfect Place for Thai massage!!!

Visited on 7 Feb 2026. Really disappointed, especially since my previous experience with this brand elsewhere was okay. We booked a 60-minute leg massage, but the timer was started while we were walking to the room, before I even sat down and before the massage began. (First red flag) My masseuse put in very little effort overall and didn’t even bother guiding us properly on where to go. Halfway through the session, she seemed too lazy to move my feet and just tapped them instead of lifting them slightly. Her elbows were on the chair the whole 60 mins and overall it was a very sloppy job. (Second red flag) When my sister closed her eyes to rest, her masseuse stopped massaging and appeared to rest instead. In my case, the pressure was extremely light throughout and there was no attempt to adjust or check. (Third red flag) Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and did not match expectations.

Perhaps the worst New Year’s Day experience ever. I’ve been going for massages here regularly over the past few months and they’ve always been good, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Despite making an advance reservation, I was kept waiting for more than half an hour. The excuse given was that the previous client arrived late—but if that was the case, a courtesy call should have been made. What made things far worse was the service itself. The therapist actually fell asleep during the massage and repeatedly complained about how tired she was. She was indeed rude. She even mentioned that she had been drunk the night before. I was completely speechless. This was not just disappointing—it was entirely unacceptable. 👎
