The best massage I've had in Bangkok. A must visit and definitely will comeback again.
Beautiful environment. Good service.
Very nice 2 hour Thai massage, male therapist, firm pressure so perfect to relax.
A high-quality full-body aromatherapy massage at a reputable massage parlor. The massage was excellent, far superior to the nearby Thai Thai. Comfortable and clean, each massage room has its own private room with a bathroom. You can shower before and after the massage (if you wish). Tea is served before the massage, and a small portion of mango sticky rice and tea are served afterward; both the mango and sticky rice were delicious. Highly recommend this massage. There are about five Let's Relax Spa locations nearby, some not even on Google Maps. Advance booking is essential; otherwise, it's easy to find a fully booked appointment.
The place is very clean and well maintained. Massage chair is clean and not smelly. Staffs here are professional and skillful. After massage end of session a light snack of warm drink and mango sticky rice are provided.
I'm also a beauty and aromatherapist 😊 We went to the salon around 10 PM yesterday, without checking reviews! My feet were really uncomfortable, and I was hoping to get some relief... The receptionist explained the texture of the exfoliating scrubs... and the product range in great detail ❤️ She also recommended an exfoliating scrub suitable for my skin type ❤️ Since I had surgery on my legs 17 days ago, I consulted with the manager beforehand. She arranged a 60-minute full-body exfoliation and body mask session + a 60-minute aromatherapy massage. The room had a shower. The procedure started with a full-body exfoliation; I forget which therapist did it? The technique was very smooth and gentle... We are tourists from Taiwan! I experienced a completely different massage technique from a different country... a slow, gentle, and silky technique... After the exfoliation, I was freezing, even though the room wasn't air-conditioned... but I was so cold my teeth were chattering... I was so happy that hot water came out quickly in the bathroom ❤️ I thought, "Wow, the hot water came out so fast!" 😳 But it was lukewarm water, rather cold... 😭😭😭 I had to quickly rinse it off and wrap myself in a towel, shivering... Thankfully, the masseuse immediately gave me a cup of ginger tea to warm me up... I was really shivering uncontrollably... Although the average temperature in Thailand is warm, The hot water temperature needs to be high enough for this class, otherwise the guests will really get cold 😭 Thankfully, after I lay down, the instructor kept me warm by wrapping me in a blanket 🥰 The instructor's technique was quite gentle after the massage started. I specifically consulted with her about this because I had just had surgery… Overall, it was very smooth, without any breaks, fantastic 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I personally prefer a medium-to-high pressure massage, so this was my first experience with a gentle, soothing, and therapeutic class 💕 Thank you for giving us such a great experience 👍🏼
Very pleasant and relaxing massage. Legit place.
Really excellent 30 min sport massage. Clean, professional and calm clinic. Recommend
Good location 📍 10 out of 10 the staff Khun Ladda very well trained
I was so grateful that the masseuse worked hard for two hours to accurately identify my stiff areas and loosen them up. I was also sorry that it might have been difficult for me. They even gave me an aroma inhaler as a gift, so I was able to finish my trip on a good note. I think this price is reasonable for such a good condition. Above all, I liked that it was clean and the staff were friendly. :)
The masseuse was so good. No regrets. He's the only person to have cracked my back successfully in my entire life of massages. Place is clean and professional. Nice soothing music and scent wafting through the air. Price is affordable too.
Very good massage Rattanaporn teacher Chuleekorn teacher
A beautiful and extremely clean place for professional and safe massages. The staff is very attentive and kind. I spent two hours in complete relaxation. I highly recommend it. Two hours of Thai massage for only 1200 baht—that leaves plenty of room for a generous tip for the masseuse!
Very nice ambience. Rooms are clean and this outlet is very nicely renovated. Professional staff. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
Massage: nice as always! get the Thai massage you never regret. Renovation: Japanish wood design, warm and relax. Environment: Clean Location: Awesome, right next to Asoke Lobby&Service: Good for foreigners
Best massage experience ever
I wanted a massage on a whim. A friend who had previously lived in Thailand recommended this place, saying the average quality was excellent and the prices were transparent and reasonable. So I came twice for Thai massage and herbal ball therapy, without prior reservations either time. Both massage therapists had fantastic techniques, though slightly different, which I really enjoyed. Plus, they served fruit and tea afterward. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Thailand.
I had a hand and neck/shoulder massage today. The masseuse, Nanapat, was very professional. Thumbs up!
You can make an appointment in advance! A turmeric exfoliation combined with an essential oil massage will leave your skin incredibly soft.
I just dropped in, and it felt great!
Had an aroma oil massage sesh here and it’s incredibly amazing !!! Staff are so nice and service is superb and reasonably priced!! :)
Great experience! Must try!
Wonderful experience at this outlet. Ambience was very good and staff very professional. The spa was well appointed and serviced by a lift. With everything done to detail I am surprised to note that the wooden chairs were not ‘capped’ to prevent super irritating dragging noises. For the amount of money spent on this establishment, surely this is a minute expense to consider. Otherwise … 5 Star experience.
Took the dreamy foot reflexology package. Relaxing and rejuvenating. Masseur was good.
Nice and cosy set up! My therapist was Ms Radda. She's good! :)
Room is small..
Massage was so so only. Have informed masseur to apply harder pressure after 2 mins of massage, she said yes and explained that it was because we were just starting, however still not much strength after. Traffic noise is loud, will be great if room is more sound proofed, we can hear motor bikes every now and then. The experience was that sometimes it was a bit harder but most times she was probably going through the motion and not much strength/pressure. Disappointing compared to the 2 massages I did elsewhere in BKK, which were much better.
Save your money. I’ve had better massages on street corners in Bangkok for a fraction of the price. The environment was chaotic (a busy hallway) and the technique was substandard. The therapist used painful elbow pressure directly on my spine and ignored my actual needs. I eventually had to get up and leave mid-session because it was so poor. Extremely disappointing.
Staff member clearly lied to me. I asked if the prices are different to On Nut and she said no. They are all the same. I use relax place regularly In On Nut and it’s 450 for 60 mins. Here, in this highly populated tourist area is 600bahts for 40 minutes. The rude member of staff was polite at first. She asked for my name and number. I said I didn’t want to give it. She started insulting me to her college in Thai. Simply because I asked why. I don’t like my number to be used for marketing. She then explained it was for booking. I’m making a booking right now. She then raised her voice at me and I suggested that she didn’t need to shout. Very rude staff member and I understand that it’s in a high tourist area. 1 star for the Thai staff who lied.
I wouldn’t recommend the facial massage at all. It’s pretty much just wash your face and then wash again with scrub and then put on a mask. I said my wrist is injuried can’t do massage so she just walked away and left me in the room with the mask on and then maybe less than 10 minutes of massage on the face and then it’s done. And I didn’t even like the 10 minutes massage either. It was super expensive too. Would not recommend to anyone at all.
Unfortunately hands down the worst foot massage I ever had. Complete lacking pressure and it seems like the masseuse was attempting acupuncture instead of a foot massage. She also ended the massage 10 mins early and insisted it was the full duration. Disappointing.
Very bad experience, suck therapist, it will not make you relax, just make you more pain and tired, they seems can't control their hand, either too less or too much
The masseuse used her elbow to massage me, and I felt pain instead of relief. Additionally, she massaged randomly with no proper order between the body parts
This was the worst massage experience I have ever had in Thailand! Yesterday, I tried a 60-minute foot massage followed by a 60-minute back and shoulder massage treatment. The foot massage was fair, nothing special. After the foot massage, we were asked to go into a room to continue our back and shoulder massage, and incredibly, my therapist actually fell asleep while massaging me! I know this because I felt pressure on my back suddenly drop and sway like someone dozing off. It is absolutely not worth spending over 1500 baht per person for this kind of service quality. I am full of regret and will never come back to this place! If you really need to go for Let’s Relax, pick the one at terminal 21.
Worst experience in this outlet , went for a body scrub and aroma oil massage Was assigned to a room with poor soundproofing... throughout the 1hr scrubbing the noise from the main road was ridiculous loud and no offer to swapped room until I have to halt the therapy at 1st 60mins of the therapy When the massuer said she will come back 10 mins later I told her no need to wait cos I don't want to cont anymore Later then told me cos they were full house and no other room except this , then in the first place the room should not be used to create such a lousy experience when ask for the full refund , the manager claimed cos I completed the scrub therapy therefore I will need to foot the bill But in the first place , the session was not even worth it and if the customer don't complain you continue to let it be . So then the name of the building should change to LET's NOT RELAXED
I came for a neck and shoulder massage. I barely got halfway through the massage and then I walked out. They said they were focusing on the shoulders, but they only massaged my back and shoulder blades. They applied heavy elbow pressure 99% of the time, without any massage at all. I was very disappointed. From someone who has had massages here many times, this will probably be the last time. P.S. If you want a massage that only uses elbows, I highly recommend this.
Booked 2 hr Thai massage with hot herb compress by phone. Turned up and they told me that package not available so I showed them their website menu where it clearly is available. Following that they then say sorry we don’t have your booking. Not sure why but clearly they didn’t want business that day so I left. I never had issues with LR in soi 4 so unsure why LR 14 was so bad.
