I chose the 45-minute back and neck massage package. The environment was spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Entering immediately put me at ease and put me in a good mood. The service was comprehensive; they started with iced sweet tea and an iced towel, and finished with hot tea and a small snack. The massage began with me facing forward and leaning back in the massage chair. The female masseuse had considerable strength, using her hand's elbows to massage deeply and effectively. However, she used this method for almost 90% of the time, which became a bit monotonous after a while. Later, she switched to a lower chair, where she used more techniques, including a hot towel massage, offering more variety. The massage was comfortable, but not exceptionally so. However, I could feel that the masseuse was attentive and sincere throughout, maintaining consistent pressure without being lazy or perfunctory. Therefore, I would give it a five-star rating.

Possibly the best massage of my life. I did 30mins shoulder and back for 375 baht. Felt like 1h, she really knew what she was doing + had a cool tea before then warm tea and snacks after. Highly recommend! Especially as I did a walk in at 10pm on a Sunday. Really new and modern decor too.

This is my second time in lets relax, and i absolutely highly recommended. Its always clean, and they know perfectly what and how to do this. Its a bit pricey if you compare with the average but the service and quality have no comparation.

Let’s relax as chain message store has its standard, you can always count on them for above average performance, but as it comes, their business is so good, you will need appointment ahead, other than that, all is good, price is average

Nothing wrong with the masseurs themselves, but they handed me an iPad-like device to mark the areas to avoid. I highlighted those spots clearly, yet they still worked on the exact places I mentioned. It made me wonder what the point of asking was in the first place. But otherwise, it’s still a reliable brand.

The massage was good and the staff were nice. However, the branch I went to had massage rooms on the third floor, which was tiring for me. After the massage, instead of feeling relaxed, I was tired from going down the stairs because there was no elevator.
