A perfect place for a truly professional massage and to unwind after a long, tiring day 😴 I chose the Dream Package, which includes shoulders, hands, and feet for 1100 baht per person, and it was a great choice. It lasts 90 minutes. They start with detox water, and wash your feet with soap. At the end of the session, they give you sticky rice with mango 🥭 and tea. Thank you so much, Let's Relax! I will definitely visit again.

Our usual to go massage when we are in BKK. Abit more ex but at least clean and professional. Always have sufficient staff to take the walk-in.

Oliver Tung ★★★★★ January 3, 2026

I loved the massage and the vibe here. The employees are very kind, the location is well cured with soft lights and music. Also the scents are pleasant. I asked for an harder massage and they offered to change my masseuse with a stronger one. The massage was amazing, found it professional and very relaxing. They offered us mango sticky rice at the end. I recommend it!!

After shopping at Terminal 21, you can go directly to the 7th floor for a massage. The massage techniques are excellent, and all the soreness in my body disappeared. After the massage, there is a dessert of mango sticky rice, which is delicious. I recommend that everyone who comes here should get a massage!

The taste was good, and there was no need to queue. I finally had authentic vinegar for lunch! ^_^ Perfect for a Chinese palate.

I wouldn't recommend it for just men, but if you're traveling with family or older people, it's probably the most luxurious level in the area. Anyway, it's luxurious, and the rooms, scent, and music are all great. However, the prices are 2.5 times higher than on the regular street. I think it's a good place to go after your last flight. The waiting area is spacious, so it's perfect for a cup of tea.

Soaking in a floral bath was very relaxing. It smelled so good. As for the massage, the masseuse was friendly and kind. After the massage, I felt very comfortable.

Very comfortable

ROBIN ★★★★★ November 10, 2025

I don't know which masseuse served me. But her massage was excellent; she hit all the right acupoints, applied the right pressure, and opened my back and waist. I thought it was fantastic.

Peer ★★★★★ November 9, 2025

We had the Thai massage, it was a great one, quite relaxing. Definitely worth coming back. All staff are nice people.

Roy Mak ★★★★★ November 2, 2025

The prices here are reasonable, the masseuses' techniques are comfortable, and the environment is clean. I always go to this shop for a massage when I'm in Bangkok. I especially recommend the hot stone massage. They also give you mango sticky rice as a complimentary dish.

I usually visit their other outlet, I thought same brands standard should be there. Quit disappointed. 1. They didnt wash our feet before the session. 2. They start off with face up first which I dont enjoy have my nose block and face with towel lines at the end of session. 3. Masseur not very professional. I will go back to that outlet that I usually go next time .

cute mai ★★★☆☆ December 28, 2025

no privacy if you come alone put you in 2 bed with thin curtain and ask you to change cloth in the room .

I've tried other massage parlors, but this one's oil massage is really bad...

Judy Wei ★★★☆☆ November 28, 2025

Even though the receptionist asked which areas I wanted the therapist to focus on, he didn’t work on them at all. Instead, he just kept rubbing lotion on my skin with no real technique. It was uncomfortable, and I didn’t feel relaxed after the massage. This has been my experience across multiple Let’s Relax branches—they really need to improve their therapist training. It feels like a tourist trap. As someone who lives here, I won’t be choosing Let’s Relax again.

Asiya Mehtar ★★★☆☆ March 15, 2025

Let's Relax Spa (Terminal 21 branch) is conveniently located on the 6th floor of Terminal 21 Asoke. The reception staff are efficient with booking and service. Therapists' massage techniques are good, and they try to accomodate customers' requests. However, the lobby space is small and dark. With a lot of customers, the lobby is crowded, and because many customers are tourists who enjoy talking loudly with each other, the lobby is noisy. Treatment prices, though, are reasonable.

I think it really depends on the luck. I didn’t make a reservation so I just walked in. They did find a masseuse for me. I did 90 mins Thai massage with hot herb and costed about 1200 baht. I did select the focused areas on the pad and I chose “firm” but it turned out she didn’t care. She didn’t even try hard. I was having back pain that’s why I chose this well known massage place just to be safe but it didn’t solve my problem at all. It was not relaxing. It’s a waste of 1200baht. Of course the masseuse was not attentive as well and I didn’t want to tip her. She was absent after I went to restroom anyway so that’s good for me. I didn’t want to tip anyway. I had to book another 90 mins Thai massage in the evening at my hotel. That place costs only half of let’s relax’s pricing. I was really happy about that one! With the price Too!! I guess next time I'll try other places. It really depends on luck. I didn't make an appointment and got a really bad massage therapist. Even though I chose areas I needed extra attention and high pressure, she was just going through the motions. She didn't actually massage it at all. And a 90-minute session cost over 1000 baht! It didn't solve my back pain at all. I had to immediately book a massage at my hotel. It only cost a little over 600 baht (Klook limited-time offer), also a 90-minute Thai massage. Not only did it work, but I even fell asleep during the massage. The difference was huge! I really feel like the 1200 baht I spent during the day was a complete waste 😑

Bank Phongsak ★☆☆☆☆ February 14, 2026

I strongly advise against this place for Thai people. It focuses primarily on foreign clients. The prices are quite high, but the quality is very poor. The massage is unsystematic and doesn't target the right spots; it's more like random kneading and touching without hitting any pressure points. This time, I had a male therapist, and honestly, his skills need significant improvement. He was incompetent at massaging shoulders and using a cramped chair. He was unprofessional. During the massage, my shoulders became stiffer and worse than before. While the reviews from foreigners or Chinese clients might seem positive, experienced Thais will immediately recognize this. It was a complete waste of time and a disappointing experience.

예쓰맨 ★☆☆☆☆ February 10, 2026

It's expensive, and the massage is truly terrible. Even if you ask for a firm massage, they pretend to do it for about a minute before giving you a sloppy massage. If you're asleep, they'll even caress you. ... (It's not just me; my group was like that too.) It's not easy to be rude in Thailand, but the staff here looked embarrassed and rude. Go somewhere else. There's a cheaper place downstairs. You'd be better off there. They'll at least get ripped off less.

Terrible experience! Cockroach crawling the room!!!!!!!!!! Totally disgusting Therapist worked less than my package service, she arrived late and left with others.

Above average prices with below average standards.

kinako “kinako” ★☆☆☆☆ January 16, 2026

I was tired from traveling, so I decided to relax and had a two-hour aromatherapy treatment. Before the massage, I was told to shower and change clothes as she would be back in five minutes, so I quickly took a shower. The therapist's techniques felt very rough and it was just painful, not relaxing at all. I spent a painful time wishing it would be over quickly. Not worth 2,600 baht for two hours. The Khao Niao Mamuang after the treatment was delicious.

Lara Craft ★☆☆☆☆ January 4, 2026

Foot Massage was weak. Back and neck massage had no technique at all. I ended up with a sore neck for days.

fmaily chau ★☆☆☆☆ December 25, 2025

Terrible massage. The masseuse just pressed and pressed, completely lacking care and effort. After a 2-hour massage, I just wanted it to end quickly. Don't go there! I thought Let's Relax was a reputable place, but any massage parlor on the street is better.

Travel Go ★☆☆☆☆ December 25, 2025

Go massage with friends, but turn out disappointed both of us. just touching the skin, no power and strength at all. Not recommended. Overrated let's relax.

Rachaya D ★☆☆☆☆ December 22, 2025

I usually recommend Let’s Relax, but not this branch. My visit was very disappointing. Check-in was difficult because the staff could not speak Thai, which is unacceptable for a spa in Thailand. The massage was below standard. The therapist did not wash her hands after the foot massage, ignored my request not to massage my head, and used overly strong pressure that worsened my back pain. She also kept speaking Chinese despite me repeatedly saying I could not understand it. This experience does not reflect the Let’s Relax brand at all. The company is good, this branch is not.

Yee Yee ★☆☆☆☆ December 21, 2025

Very disappointed with the massage service as the masseur is not skill full at all. I asked her to press harder a few times, but still, she is only as if like “touching” my body. The price is at the higher range, but the service is not at par at all. No adequate training, and no proper SOPs observed. Where is the uniformity of service level that represents Let’s Relax? Won’t come back again 👎🏻

Huen Yee Cheng ★☆☆☆☆ December 10, 2025

I had a terrible and painful experience at Let’s Relax Asoke (Terminal 21). During the massage, the therapist forcefully twisted my neck and shoulder, causing immediate sharp pain. The session had to be stopped because of the injury. When I reported the issue, the manager simply told me to use hot and cold pads and use pain killer - no real care or support was provided. The next morning, the pain was so severe that I could barely stand or walk. I needed urgent medical treatment and medication. The injury has seriously disrupted my holiday, including cancelling pre-booked tours. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and safety. I cannot recommend this branch at all.
