The massage was excellent, the environment was very comfortable and relaxing, and the dessert after the massage was mango sticky rice.
This was one of the most satisfying massage spas I've experienced in Bangkok. I was so impressed that I visited two days in a row, the quality of the service being exceptional. First of all, the location is fantastic. It offers a quiet and private atmosphere, yet is easily accessible from the Asoke and Nana areas, making it a convenient stop during my travels. The spa's interior is clean and stylish, reminiscent of a luxury hotel spa, and the service is excellent. From the moment you enter, you'll feel a sense of relaxation, both physical and mental. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable, so there's no discomfort whatsoever while waiting. The massage therapists' skills were also truly impressive. Their meticulous pressure control and exceptional technique gave me the feeling of a professional spa, offering deep muscle relief, not just a refreshing massage. It was a truly refreshing experience, especially after a long day of traveling. The tea and light refreshments provided before and after the service were also very satisfying. The prices are higher than typical local massage parlors, but considering the facilities, hygiene, therapist skills, and service level, I believe this premium spa is well worth the price. The staff are all friendly and speak English fluently, making it a convenient choice for international travelers. If you're looking for a trustworthy chain spa in Bangkok, I highly recommend Let's Relax Spa. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Bangkok, and it's a great choice for those seeking relaxation and healing. 🌿✨
Just had the best 90 minute aroma oil massage with Youpin, so I had to leave a review. I’ve also had the body scrub + aroma oil massage combo which was also very good, the skin is so smooth after. Now every time I come to Thailand, I don’t even bother with other salons, I only go to Let’s Relax because I know what I will get.
Divine
Came here for a 60 min neck and shoulder massage. Sooo good, pressure applied just right. Time flies while enjoying the massage.
Honestly, I went to that massage parlor because of the reviews and praise, but in the end, I had a massage and left feeling like I hadn't done anything at all. It was a terrible massage, and I advise you not to be fooled like me. I just wanted to let you know, and if I had known it was like this, I wouldn't have gone. Take care.
Sheltered walkway from Nana BTS to the spa. Nice, peaceful, relaxing massage
Among the best natural treatments, they have dedicated professionals.
A really relaxing and rejuvenating massage I got, melancholy surrounding and professional etiquette by the staffs and Therapists, the techniques are awesome and give effective accurate pressure points. Thanks you so much and see you again before I leave 🙏🙏🙏
I had a 2-hour Thai massage and the staff provided excellent service. I will definitely come back.
The best
Baniathip, thank you so much! The center is classy and clean, and everyone is friendly and respectful. This is my fifth visit. I wish everyone the best of luck! ♥️🌹
Easy access location, a few minutes from Nana station, right next to the Hyatt Regency hotel. On a busy street but quiet away from the crowds. This place is very clean. It feels peaceful and comfortable. The therapist’s technique is very professional and even cured the dizziness I had from the stress of flying. I came here almost every day of my stay in Bangkok to try different types of massage. I like massage and have been to massage in different countries. This is definitely one of the best.
Really great experience. Affordable and great care with the Dream package. Thanks to them before I head back to western civilization...
The massage was really good, and the staff were very friendly and professional.
The masseuse provided an excellent massage, and the environment was comfortable.
Very professional staff and very clean place. I strongly recommend this SPA, the food massage was lovely 🙏
Great massage, thank you so much!
A truly wonderful spa experience! Very friendly staff, great atmosphere, and hygienic. The massage was very pleasant (with just the right pressure) and allowed me to truly relax and unwind.
It was very good experience I feel like a new person
They were so kind, and most importantly, they accommodated my requests perfectly. ^^ It's right next to the hotel, so it's convenient. ^^
Everything is very good
The service was very good. This was my first time getting a massage here and I was very impressed. The masseuse gave me a very comfortable massage.
Very good. The management staff is very good.
I received a Thai massage as part of an air Japan campaign! We went as a group of two without a reservation, but were able to receive treatment right away. First, we had a consultation on an iPad (with Japanese instructions), then my feet were washed and the massage began. The massage felt just right, with just the right amount of pressure. I had a sore neck and couldn't lift my head, but I felt refreshed and the pain was gone ☺︎ The salon was quiet, clean, and comfortable.
202401 Pop-up Thailand: Take the BTS to Nana, cross the skybridge, and you'll arrive. The environment is great and the price is affordable. 2026/01/25 Pop-up Bangkok: Returning for a visit, the experience was still very good. Unlike other branches located inside department stores, this one has a more relaxed and leisurely feel. The driver was attentive and provided good service; unlike other branches, there weren't a lot of forms to fill out, and the service wasn't overly complicated.
October 20, 2025: The Thai massage's strength and acupressure points were somewhat lacking. October 21, 2025: The Thai massage was excellent, with the strength and acupressure points being spot-on! The mangoes are no longer as tasty. ………………………… Since 2024 It was excellent. I booked two consecutive Thai massages for two hours, 1,200 baht per person. The sticky rice was delicious.
The massage was on my back and shoulders, but the masseuse used very little pressure. I asked twice, but there was no improvement. It was a wasted effort.
A very disappointing massage experience and a complete waste of 1,200 THB. The soundproofing was extremely poor, and many people around were coughing. The therapist who massaged me was also coughing constantly, which made the whole experience uncomfortable and unhygienic. The massage itself was not professional. Some movements were so light that they felt more like touching rather than an actual massage. At times, she simply pressed on my back for nearly a full minute without any movement. Even worse, she fell asleep several times while leaning on my back. There are many much better massage places nearby. I will definitely not return. For comparison, Makkha Health & Spa Bangkok (Asok) is slightly more expensive but absolutely worth the price.
My husband and I both had the worst massages we have ever experienced. We’ve been to Bangkok so many times and we always go to Let’s Relax and have tried their different locations. Both the masseuses we had were so lazy and did not do a good job - my neck hurt even more after I left. My husband said that it was even painful at times because she did not know what she was doing (and he is able to take hard pressure, so that wasn’t it) Super disappointed, I guess it’s hit or miss here. The reception staff was very nice though. Sadly, I will never come back again.
Place is clean. But unfortunately the massage therapist is 1 month new and gave a below average massage. Very disappointed.
