The environment was very comfortable! The intensity was also quite good.

Compared to the Heritage Asoke branch, the rooms and amenities here are a little more outdated. However, the level of quality and service seems to be the same, which is what the experience is mostly about. The staff are friendly and professional all around.

Spa 10/10 Atmosphere 10/10 Customer Service 10/10 Massage 4/10 I booked a 90 minute oil massage and it was mediocre, didn’t feel relaxed and for the first time ever I couldn’t wait for the massage to be done. The massage table wasn’t comfortable at all, the therapist wasn’t that good and at times I believe she didn’t know what she was doing. Honestly, I was expecting more for such a price in Bangkok.

Mahhka Massage has many branches, and this was my first time at this location but my third time with the brand. My previous experiences were good, but this visit was mediocre. They started about 30 minutes late compared to my appointment time. I tried the four-hands massage; one therapist was mediocre, while the other spent some time just largely touching, which didn’t feel effective. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel relaxed after the massage. Overall, a disappointing experience compared to my past visits.

It's a bit expensive; you could get one for 300-400 yuan an hour at a roadside stall.

Disappointing, neither relaxing nor pleasant. I booked a foot massage and in the online booking form I stated that I do not want any chemicals on my skin (either natural or synthetic). In a response I received, I was informed that no oil is used during foot massage. When we arrived, the client form clearly stated it will be a dry massage. However during the treatment, the therapist applied oil to my legs and feet without informing or asking me if I am OK with that. They also did not review the client form where I stated I want medium pressure and massaged quite hard, I had to ask them to go lighter. The treatment itself lacked any individual adaptation and felt very repetitive and mechanical, with a lot of rubbing and not that many pressure holds or releases. It was more like a rehearsed sequence and not a treatment aimed at individual needs or a condition. Overall, I did not enjoy this experience and compared to other places it is pricy. That said, the spa is very nice add the staff working there are lovely.

I thought this is one of the legit chain massage stores in Thailand Bangkok. It really upset me for the whole services. Is blxxdy terrible. My foot were only massaged for like 40 mins? Until I brought this up to the therapist only 20 mins left what you are gonna do for my limbs and thighs. The therapist replied only foot is included in foot massage therapy…. It is mind blowing.🤯 i asked for a refund at the reception. For sure the receptionist cannot make any decision and just said they will retrain the therapist and feel very sorry about the bad experience you had.. in a nutshell, DON’T GO

The worst massage experience in Bangkok. I had an hour foot massage and the therapist only massaged my sole for almost 45 mins. When I wondered why the treatment is like this, she pretended the foot massage only focused on the sole. This is very ridiculous and beyond the worst massage experience I have had in Bangkok. Highly not recommend this branch.
