Good ambiance, very calming. Would come again when im in town
Very good and nice massage. Price reasonable. Will come again.
The massage was so relaxing! My pain disappeared completely. I feel so light and refreshed. It was amazing!
One of the best massage experiences for us! We had the aromatherapy oil (the rain) full body massage for 120 minutes and foot massage, head and neck for 120 minutes and it was a bliss! Had a big nap while getting the massages. Already dreaming of going back there :)
The best masaage in Thailand so far. The staff was incredible. Gentle, soft and slow. Exactly as massage should look. Definitely will go back again if I will be in Bangkok again.
100 points! Super awesome!
Very comfortable. The teacher's technique was gentle yet precise.
The environment is friendly and comfortable; you can come here when you're tired from shopping, and then continue shopping! The prices are also very reasonable.
I've been getting massages at NAPAR since 2020. I really like their service. They manage the schedule very well; I never have to wait long. You can tell the masseuse where you want them to focus (neck, shoulders, or feet, legs). The rooms are clean and are cleaned after every use. They provide a change of clothes for Thai massages. The price is very good; it's great value for money. I really like it and have recommended it to many friends.
One of the best massage parlors in the Siam area. Excellent prices and great service.
Everything was great!
I've been visiting Thailand frequently for the past eight years, and I always stop by Napa Massage. It's less painful than other Thai massage places, and it's very clean. I recently received a massage from a masseuse named "Wan." Her hands were so gentle and fragrant, I wanted to give her a shout-out. Give Wan a raise! LOL. Payment is accepted through GLN.
I had a Thai massage and it couldn't have been better. Super relaxing atmosphere, excellent massage, and they offered tea at the end. The place is very clean and smells nice, the staff are extra friendly, and the price is very fair for the service.
The shop is clean and the massage is very good.
excellent thai massage from Nak! please look for her :) came in with a frozen right shoulder and she managed to make it feel a lot better.
Always good to came bake here for the massage
The best massage ever. I've never had a massage that completely eliminated my pain. I'm not disappointed at all.
The best Thai oil massage ❤️❤️❤️💫🫶🫶 I will definitely come back. The massage was very good.
The massage was very good. I will definitely come again.
The massage was very good. My boyfriend really liked it. The massage was right on point and exactly as I had briefed him. It was totally worth it.
I had a 90-minute Thai massage today. I was very pleased. The receptionist spoke understandable English. I loved my therapist's work! I felt relaxed and rejuvenated.
The masseuse is amazing, really hits the right spots. Highly recommend! Located in the heart of Siam. The price is reasonable, 350 baht for a 1-hour Thai body massage. If you're not too busy, go for it, because it's incredibly effective. 😂
Good but masseur needs to keep their chit chatting to a minimum.
It wasn't bad. I went without a reservation and waited about 30 minutes to get in. It was a shame it took 60 minutes.
Competitive prices, average waiting time. We booked back&neck&shoulder for 60min, 400thb.
This was the most painful neck, shoulder, and back massage of my life. I asked them to massage lighter, but they kept going too hard. They used their elbows to press a lot, it hurt so much. And the massage technique involved pressing down on the middle of my ribs, pressing on the bones, which is very dangerous.
The foot massage was almost entirely patted; the shoulders and neck didn't use any force. There were even pauses for a few seconds after each massage, I thought the masseuse was asleep. Only after I contacted them via Line and the counter came to tell them to start using pressure. I wouldn't recommend it.
My two friends and I booked 90-minute massages here after shopping at Central World. The massage itself was fine for the price, and my friends had good experiences. The front desk staff were also kind and professional. However, my experience was disrupted from the start. I was placed in a room, then told to move because it had been booked by a couple. After being relocated upstairs and going back and forth between rooms, my massage started noticeably later than my friends’. At the end, my friends texted me at 10:31 pm saying they had finished. My massage ended at 10:32 pm — despite the fact that I started later due to the room mix-up. I politely asked my masseuse if the timing was correct. Instead of calmly clarifying, she began yelling in Thai and even followed me downstairs continuing to raise her voice. The manager/owner, Davina, then got involved. Rather than addressing the timing question professionally, she was aggressive, dismissive, and repeatedly insisted I was wrong. She attempted to use stairwell security timestamps as proof, but they did not logically account for the delayed start. She also blamed me for “losing time” because I used the bathroom (before the massage began) and because I changed rooms — even though the initial room mistake was on their end. To be clear, I never asked for a refund. I simply asked why the timeline didn’t add up. This was potentially a 5–10 minute discrepancy — not a major issue. What made it terrible was the unprofessional handling: the yelling, the hostility, and the refusal to calmly communicate. The massage itself was acceptable. The front desk staff were lovely. But Davina’s behavior and the escalation from the masseuse made this a very negative experience. A simple apology or respectful explanation would have resolved everything.
The most disappointing massage of my entire vacation. The atmosphere in the shop was very hectic when we entered. My husband and I each ordered an hour-long foot massage, and well, it turned out to be a leg massage! Our feet received so little attention, while my calves, knees, and even thighs were given far too much. My masseuse was very rushed, while my husband's was calm. My husband also received a leg massage, and the same spots were repeatedly massaged. I don't know how that works, but my feet were only massaged in areas that didn't hurt, and the areas I actually wanted were completely ignored. I was so annoyed and very upset about the 350 baht I paid. I'm done with massages for now; I've noticed a steady decline in quality during my Thailand vacations, and it's disheartening. Massages used to be the highlight of my trip and one of the main reasons I traveled here.
It was great in the beginning, but it's not what it used to be. Every time I go, most of the masseuses are terrible. For example, they keep pressing hard on bones or areas around bones that aren't supposed to be pressed, and they don't perform each movement properly. They probably don't watch properly. They massage with one hand and take out personal belongings with the other to do other things in between. And they chat with the masseuses next to them until the end, and their touch is too rough. They just throw towels around and treat me the same way.
I had a really bad experience at this shop today. I called to ask if they were busy and if so, I'd come in. They replied, "We don't take reservations. If you want a massage, you have to come to the shop." You need to understand that I didn't call to reserve; I just asked if they were busy and if so, I wouldn't waste my time if they didn't have enough masseurs. When I arrived, it was extremely crowded. The male manager said I would have to wait 15 minutes. I said, "Just a moment, I'm calculating the time because I have other commitments." He immediately retorted, "15 minutes is the fastest!" Honestly, this problem wouldn't have happened if they had simply told me when I called that they were busy and I might have to wait longer. I wouldn't have wasted my time. When I asked if they offered massages shorter than an hour, they said no. You don't respect customers' time or their schedules. You're only thinking about yourself. I saw a comment where someone said a customer was 5 minutes late and the manager tapped their watch on the counter. You want others to respect your time, but you don't respect your own. Change your communication style. There are two or three other massage shops nearby, and they were much more polite and didn't leave me standing there confused among a group of foreigners. 😡
The massage technique was mediocre, and the service was terrible. After the massage, I wanted to rest for a few minutes, but the staff rudely urged me to change and leave. They even peeked at me through the curtain while I was changing. I recommend avoiding this place.
