She is highly professional, attentive, and exceptionally skilled, with a calm and refined touch that made the entire session deeply relaxing and therapeutic. The treatment felt perfectly personalized, and I left feeling refreshed, balanced, and truly well cared for. Highly recommended—I will definitely return.

Had a massage treatment yesterday which was amazing. The spa itself is gorgeous, the decorating beautiful and the space is very clean, spacious and the environment very relaxing. My massage therapist was Nong and she was just fabulous - highly recommend to book an appointment with her.

This was truly one of the most exceptional massages I’ve ever experienced. I booked the 90-minute Personalized Massage and requested firm, deep-tissue pressure using Panpuri oil. Nong was incredibly kind, attentive, and immediately put me at ease, but what truly set her apart was her technique. Her work was both powerful and remarkably precise, reaching areas of tension and knots I didn’t even realize existed. Every movement felt intentional and deeply informed, striking a rare balance between strength and finesse. The experience was restorative and stands out as the best massage I’ve ever had.

This is a fantastic Spa! The 90 minute aroma massage treatment was excellently performed by Toi and was deeply relaxing. The facility is beautiful and the staff is warm and welcoming from the receptionist to the therapists. I highly recommend this Spa.

Amazing experience at Panpuri Wellness Spa! From the moment I arrived, the welcoming vibe made me feel so comfortable. Aun was especially friendly and warm. My therapist, Mam, was incredible! Folks, unlike Panpuri at Gaysorn, there’s no onsen here—only a hotel gym jacuzzi. $400 USD for two people for 90 minutes. Honestly, it feels like a tourist trap to me.
