I stumbled upon a highly-rated massage parlor next to my hotel, and as someone who needs a massage three times a month, I couldn't miss it! My first visit was during the day, and I chose a 90-minute session (30 minutes for feet + 60 minutes for body). Massage therapist number 42's technique was truly excellent; my sore legs felt instantly lighter after her touch (I walked over 26,600 steps that day!). I immediately booked a 2-hour session the following evening to give myself a good rest before leaving Bangkok. And the best part? It's incredibly cheap! 90 minutes for 780 baht, 120 minutes for 1100 baht! I've already added it to my favorites list! 😍😍 A must-visit every time I'm in Bangkok!!!
Number 35 is the best, you have so much strength haha
I had a great experience at Po Thai! I opted for the full body massage for one hour and it was incredibly relaxing. I even fell asleep at one point during the session. The staff were all incredibly friendly and polite. Definitely stopping by again!
Great massage. Really eased the pain and tension.
Awesome massage by Bee (21). The experience is smooth and peaceful. Place is clean and looks new.
Thank you for your hospitality. I received a foot massage from a therapist named PLE. He spoke good Japanese and gave a gentle massage.
I came here after reading positive reviews while traveling with my daughter. The facilities were clean, and the massage was incredibly refreshing. I think it's one of the top five massages I've had in Bangkok. I highly recommend masseuses #35 and #38! 👍
We had a one-hour foot massage. Spectacular place! The tea at the end was a really nice touch.
Great massage! Highly recommend
Amazing thai balm massage at a clean and professional place!!
First time patronizing this shop. For me, this stands out: 1. Location it's soooo easy to get to as it is a mere 100m from the Thonglor BTS station. Just take exit 3 and then cross Sukhumvit Soi 55 or Soi Thonglor, turn left as you get across and you're there. 2. Shop Very clean, pleasant and soothing environment. Very calming as you step in from the busy road outside. 3. Service Selecting the massage service was very efficiently done. The menu is available in English with clear descriptions of each service and the cost. I was also given a slip of paper to indicate the strength of the massage and areas that I would like the masseuse to focus on. 4. Massage I had the Thai traditional massage. The masseuse was attentive and checked with me during the massage if the strength was ok. She also asked if the aircon temperature was to my liking. As I have had Thai traditional massage done at other places, I found that the masseuse at Po Thai was able to apply good and constant pressure to iron out the knots in my neck and shoulder. I highly recommend this place as it stands out from the very crowded massage places dotted across Bangkok. Pro tip: Po Thai is also right across the street from Mae Varee, a very popular mango sticky rice shop. Get a massage at Po Thai on the day you're leaving the city then go across and get mango sticky rice to go!
Best Massage I've had in ThongLor
Rid and Fli ara the best.
Rid and Ple is the best.
The Thai oil massage by Thiang and another lady was the best massage in all of Bangkok. Absolutely professional and we felt very comfortable.
It's very nice to hotel Nikko and JAL city. Went for a foot massage, and later took their shoulder massage as well. The masseuse- play was very professional.
I was treated by number 35! The course was 90 minutes, consisting of 60 minutes for the foot and 30 minutes for the upper body. The level of massage was so different from the ones I get in Japan that it was a pleasant shock, lol. The massage mainly focused on my lower legs, but the relief in my calves and ankles afterwards was incredible. My shoulders were being massaged the whole time, which really hit the pressure points. I've never felt so much better afterwards! I'd like to visit again when I'm in Thailand.
Relaxing massage, clean shop, excellent service! So refreshing!
My first massage experience was a fantastic first impression! I'll definitely be back for another massage with Namtan.
This was absolutely THE best massage I have ever received. My aunt recommended this place to us and the three of us ended up going. We both received foot scrubs and foot massages and then we liked our experience so much we stayed and immediately went into a 120 minute Thai massage that was life changing. She released physical trauma and pain that I have had since an injury in 2014 that doctors and physical therapy have never been able to do. My only regret was discovering Snoop (#89) on the day before our departure. I would have come back to her daily. She knows the body, she really listened to me even though we didn’t speak the same language, and she spent time here I needed it most. I cried. I healed. INCREDIBLE! I cannot recommend Snoop enough. Four treatments between the two of us, 3 hours each cost us $90 not including tip. We both tipped our people 30% because they were the best. Go see Snoop #89! You will not regret it.
Took the full body Thai message, it was really good and feeling refreshed as I really needed a deep tissue massage after my ultra trail running event. The individual room setup was really nice, clean, comfy and tranquil. My message therapist (no.35) was really tentative to the parts where l really needed help and was able to put a lot of pressure which I was looking for. I really enjoyed my session.
I love the stretching part i enjoy all the crack 😂
The massage therapist's technique was excellent. My whole body felt smooth and relaxed after the massage. My back felt incredibly relaxed.
Very good #34 staff is very good
Would rate this experience zero stars if that were possible. The reception service was unacceptable—there was no basic courtesy or even a simple smile, and it appeared that Japanese customers received noticeably more attentive treatment, which made the experience uncomfortable (this is based on my observation). For example, I heard the reception staff escort Japanese guests to the treatment area and give considerate warnings such as “Please watch your head—the ceiling is low.” We did not receive similar guidance or care. This is not about the price. We sent the time of our trip for their most comprehensive 2.5-hour full-body treatment (from feet to head), yet instead of feeling refreshed, felt more exhausted than relaxed. The therapist’s technique was inconsistent and below a reasonable standard, overall falling short of what should be expected. It is difficult to understand how this service is described as “Premium.” In terms of service and skill, it felt no different from an average street massage shop—the only noticeable difference was the newer-looking interior and branding. The customer service at the reception was the worst. I found it extremely unpleasant that even basic smiles and attention to detail were not even present, and that the treatment only seemed to be polite to Japanese customers (this is based on my observation and perception). In fact, I saw reception staff escorting Japanese customers to the treatment area and warning them to be careful not to hit their heads because the ceilings are low. However, I received no similar guidance or consideration. It's not a price issue. I received the most comprehensive 2.5-hour full-body treatment (from feet to head), but far from relaxing, I ended up feeling exhausted. The quality of the techniques was inconsistent, and overall it was below average and didn't meet my expectations. Furthermore, I question the bold "premium" label on the sign. The experience was not much different from a regular massage parlor in town, with the only difference being the newer interior.
Dangerous! The male masseuse injured my husband. The technique was bad and he did not listen and continued after being told multiple times it was too strong. My husband had to put ice on his back and could not sleep after. He is still in pain. The shop might look clean and professional but staff do not have proper training and the business makes you pay before the service - they already have your money and don’t care about your experience. I think this shop buys good reviews. I should have listened to the bad ones - they were right.
