It was really great and with reasonable price!

A two-hour Thai aromatherapy massage was quite expensive, but the quality was excellent. The massage didn't become sloppy just because it was time to rest. The overall experience was good. It's recommended to book in advance using Klook, otherwise it's easily booked. They will ask about your preferred pressure level; usually, normal is fine, but a stronger pressure requires some tolerance.

I highly recommend the refreshing 𝙈𝙄𝘾𝙃𝙄𝙉 massage that relaxes your muscles. In Korea, it would easily cost over 200,000 won, but I was happy to get an aroma massage for only 70,000 won. I made a reservation for a 2-hour hot aroma relaxing massage at Gowabi and visited!

Even though the Klook app showed availability and let me book, I was told it was fully booked when I arrived and had to return the next day. During the massage, the AC was freezing. I mentioned this to the therapist and asked to adjust the temperature, but it remained uncomfortably cold, making it impossible to relax. It felt like the staff prioritized their own comfort over the guest's

We have booked many times and this is the most disappointing once. The masseuse's massage pressure was very inconsistent, sometimes very light and sometimes very heavy. My muscles didn’t feel any relaxation but my skin really hurt.

The appointment system is absolutely garbage. I made an appointment for 1 PM and even received a confirmation email, but when I arrived, because I said I was alone, they rescheduled me for 3 PM. Is this discrimination against single people?

Twice now I have messaged to book, sending messages the day before and reconfirmed on the day. Then when I arrive they already gave the booking away because they require payment in advance (but don’t allow you to do this in person, like every other normal spa). I don’t check Line and didn’t realize they messaged later after confirming to ask for advance payment. In their response they say they reviewed CCTV footage (lol), I was outside the spa when I checked my messages and realized they once again gave the massage booking away. Why would I bother going in and arguing for a service they’ve already given away? I went to Mandarin Ginger who had immediate availability and a better massage. I’ve had massages here before and it’s not worth the poor service. Mandarin Ginger Spa is close by and has better massages and better service.
