I had a good experience at this facial place🙆🏻‍♀️ The staff speaks English, which made communication easy, and I was able to book just 30 minutes in advance. The place itself is small (only two beds), but it’s conveniently located in the BTS, so it’s very easy to access. Even though I only did a 15-minute session, my face already felt much cleaner—they used a machine for the facial, which felt quite effective. Next time, I’ll definitely go for the full 1-hour course! My skin did not like the extra July humidity. I got a Great 30 minute facial. Reasonable. On point. My skin feels and looks better. Location fantastic BTS National Stadium and MBK a few steps away. A steal in the USA a 30 minute facial under $20 US dollars with a tip included.

This was my first time using their service and I was very impressed. The staff at the Nana branch provided excellent service. I opted for the 90-minute full treatment. After the treatment, my skin felt clean, smoother, and my jawline looked firmer. They didn't try to sell me any additional courses either.

This was my first time getting a full-suit treatment. The shop was easy to find and very close to amenities. After the treatment, my skin was very soft, clean, and comfortable. I love taking care of my face even more than before.

Tried their 90-minute skin facial treatment which included cleaning, brightening, and lifting, priced at THB 1,500. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the overall process started off quite well. The cleaning was basic — no extraction for clogged pores or acne, but it still felt refreshing.However, the facial massage toward the end was a bit too harsh. It actually woke me up from my nap and made me feel quite uncomfortable. I found it unusual since facial massages are supposed to be gentle and relaxing. Everything was fine until that part, which sadly ruined the relaxing moment.Would I go back? Probably not. I think I’ll stick to the facial clinic I usually visit.

The facial was ok and reasonably priced for Bangkok. Location is a small pod space with 2 spaces to do facials, so making an appointment is recommended in advance. The only issue is that the facial didn’t use steam which I find odd since nearly every facial I’ve had has done them.

It’s a quick service for basic facial needs. I did their cleansing facial for 60min (990 thb). The beginning process are very dedicatedly done. However, that part got over in first 30minutes and the remaining minutes they used to apply face mask and let it drying. Though it was relaxing, but i wanted more of facial massage . They did the facial massage for 5minutes which could have been dine for at-least 10-15minutes. Apart from this al good, kind staff nice service. Will visit again for sure , hope this time they do longer facial massage.

The place is basically a pod in the middle of the train station. It’s not very relaxing due to the very loud noise in the surroundings. There are 2 chairs and some curtains to block the view from the people walking by. We got the 60min facial. 15 of those 60 minutes was a face mask where we just laid there. The ladies doing the massage just got together and chatted or ate food during those 15 minutes. If they did a shoulder or neck massage during that time, it would have felt a better use of my time and money.

They don't do a deep facial cleansing, and since they don't speak English well, they don't understand you and don't tell you exactly what they're going to do.

I would like to file a complaint regarding one of your staff members. She appeared unprepared for work. She came in, left the shop to buy something, and when she returned, she sat down without acknowledging me at all. I had already made an appointment, yet I was left waiting without any explanation. She did not ask me anything until another staff member spoke to her. Only then did my service begin, and there was no apology whatsoever. Additionally, her service quality was very poor. The hand pressure was uneven—one side was too strong while the other was too weak. It gave the impression that she lacked proper experience. This was a complete waste of my time, and I am very disappointed.

He is a failure in everything

I would like the store to train this employee (the tall, dark-skinned one) regarding manners and customer service. Every time I use their services, this employee insists on adding acne extraction. I've had better service from other employees, and none of them treated me like this. I even recommended a friend, and this employee still insisted on adding acne extraction even though they never had acne. Another thing that's unacceptable is this employee's behavior. They lack respect and consideration for customers, speaking abruptly and without courtesy. I will not be using this branch again. Is she the owner of the store? Her behavior is completely inappropriate.
