A small shop in Terminal 21 offered a relaxing massage and hair wash at lunchtime, and they even offered gua sha (scraping therapy)! The price was reasonable, making it perfect for a hot Bangkok lunchtime getaway! Highly recommended!

Located inside Terminal 21, the staff were very accommodating and understanding, especially as English‑speaking travellers. They took the time to clearly explain the different treatment options. We chose the Premium 60‑minute scalp care, and the experience was both soothing and attentive to detail, including a scalp analysis that is emailed to you afterward. Overall, it was an enjoyable service and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable hair spa. They also provide hot tea and biscuit afterwards for a sweet treat!

Wife brought me here, we got a private wash and did the premium deep cleanse on both our heads. Very zen, relaxing, they were gentle and got all the right spots. Plus they did a hair/scalp inspection and recommended we start using shampoo that has coffee in it for a healthier scalp. Def a must do, even if you just want a simple rinse and blow out. Very professional and clean with top of the line beds/equipments

Omg what can I say!!! Absolutely amazing hair spa experience. So relaxing from start to finish. My scalp feels refreshed, my hair is incredibly soft and shiny, and the service was top tier. Every step felt thoughtful and luxurious. I walked out feeling pampered, refreshed, and glowing. Highly recommend if you need a little self care moment!

The WhatsApp contact worked perfectly for scheduling the appointment. A wonderful experience that I can highly recommend. Unfortunately, the woman didn't quite understand me. I wanted the water from the spray head to be a bit colder, and she turned it off completely and only used the shower head.

Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with this salon. My husband and I booked the Premium Scrab Care package and also chose the Couple Room (an extra 300 baht per person). In addition to the blow-dry (an extra 200 baht), I also opted for hair straightening. Everything was limited to one hour, and it showed. I had the impression we were rushed to vacate the room as quickly as possible. The stylist who treated me was unfortunately very disorganized. This made it difficult to relax, as I was constantly confused about what was coming next. After the treatment, things were also hectic, so we felt rather rushed out, and the hair analysis at the end was only done after we asked for it. Furthermore, the oil was applied to my roots at the end, leaving my hair looking rather unwashed. A real shame.

The staff were very sweet but the experience was not relaxing , didn’t feel worth the time and money . My hair feels like a broom .

We paid 2600 Baht x 2 - felt like we wasted our time since we weren't relaxed by the end- we expected a good setting but they barley could mamage a straight blow dry, please know they use keratin spa sachets not organic products.

Feedback- I did not find the service relaxing at all, the gua sha and water fall time was very less, the hair brush was very aggressive and water is too loud. Over all experience was bad. Please don’t advertise this as a sleep salon. It’s just a hair spa.

Service is okay, and just I go there for Enjoy relaxing, I hire private room, I never get relax, and no can sleep, because so noisy from hair dryer and talking together, just west money
