My wife and I just got off a plane after 23 hours of flight. We were exhausted. But what a welcome we received from all here at Suk Sarrn. The staff were so pleasant and attentive. The location was very convenient for us. A massage was just what the doctor ordered to help rejuvenate us and get us ready for our vacation. We highly recommend this fine establishment.

My wife and I had an incredible 90-minute massage and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The experience was deeply relaxing professional and exactly what we needed. The staff were incredibly kind friendly and attentive making us feel welcome the moment we arrived. We were also treated to tea and drinks which was such a lovely and thoughtful touch. Every detail was taken care of and the overall atmosphere was calm and soothing. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly relaxing and high-quality massage experience.

I came all this way, and it turns out a one-hour massage costs 1100! Not the 390 shown in the previous review photos. Even in-home massages only cost 800. I thought I could get a massage like this back home for that price 😂

This is the worst massage place I have ever been to in Thailand. It was very late at night and this was the only place that was open. I took a taxi to come here and paid over 1,000 BHT for a deep tissue massage. I was then taken to a room that was not very clean, and a lady came in and started lightly rubbing oil back and forth on my back. I know that for a deep tissue massage they’re supposed to press really hard. So I politely asked her if this was supposed to be a deep tissue massage. She said yes. I then tried to ask her to press harder, but nothing changed. I get deep tissue massages all the time, and I know I didn’t pay 1,000 BHT for a light oil rub. What she was doing was a regular oil massage that would cost like 400 BHT. Something felt wrong. About ten minutes later, another lady came in and replaced her without any explanation to me. I was hoping that they had somehow figured out I was given the wrong massage. I tried to speak to them, but they didn’t respond to me. Of course there was a language barrier; I understand that, and I give all my respect and patience to it. But then the second lady started doing the exact same thing — super light strokes on my back. I understand massage quality can vary by place, but to be honest I was not very comfortable, given the environment and the way I was being treated. What’s really pushing me over the edge was when she took out her cellphone and started texting, while giving me massage. She had her elbow on my back and her hands on her phone. I was truly shocked, I’ve never seen anything like that. Then her elbow slipped on my spine and hurt me while she was still on her phone. That’s when I had to tell her to stop. I didn’t say anything or show any emotion. I went downstairs and asked the front desk for a refund, very calmly. Then the owner, a Thai lady, came out. She didn’t ask what happened, didn’t apologize, and just kept saying that because I paid by credit card, they couldn’t refund me. I said then they should just return the money in cash, because after an experience like this, that’s the least they can do. Then an American guy came who seemed to be her husband and/or the boss. Again, didn’t ask what happened, didn’t apologize. He just kept repeating, “I understand your frustration, but there’s nothing we can do,” no matter what I say, he didn’t even want to hear what happened and why I stopped the massage - he just sat there the whole time and kept saying, “I understand, but there’s nothing we can do.” At that point, it wasn’t about the money anymore. It was about the attitude and the way they handled the situation. Trust me, had he listened, apologized, and said it nicely to me, I would never worry about a bad massage or 1,000 BHT in my life. But with his attitude, I got mad and raised my voice, like anyone would. “I understand your frustration, but there’s nothing we can do.” He sat there saying it in the most familiar American way. No matter what I said, he just kept repeating this sentence. I looked at him and couldn’t believe something like this is happening in Thailand. I’m just going to pause here and let whoever is reading this judge the situation by using his or her own judgment. All I wanted to say is that I’ve lived in America for almost 20 years. I came to Thailand for the first time and instantly felt the difference between the two cultures, and I fell in love with the people here. The kindness, the friendliness, the warmness of their heart, and the zero judgment in this country. I am even thinking about moving here. And yet on the very last day of my trip, during my very last massage, this was the experience I had — ridiculously, from an American guy. After hearing “I understand your situation, but there’s nothing we can do” for ten minutes straight, I realized I was just wasting my time. I cursed at him and walked out without the money, as I never cared anyway. To be honest, to me, what I realized out of this experience is worth much more than just 1,000 BHT.
