This place fortunately crossed my path in life when I needed it the most, and I am deeply thankful. I had just spent six months working intensely on myself, bouncing back from a rough patch in life. After driving myself hard, I felt I needed guidance in integrating back into normal life – support with diet, routines, and releasing the tightness in my body after long periods of intensity. The doctor offered very generous and insightful conversations with me over several days, following up closely, guiding me, and helping me gain a deeper understanding of my own state of being. I was prescribed an oil and heat treatment over four days, where I gradually and gently landed back in my own body. Session by session, with the amazing and professional therapists taking such good care of me, I felt more and more at ease. I truly felt in safe hands and deeply cared for.
