I come here regularly. All the staff are lovely and the service is good.

This is my second time coming here and I love it! I showed my hairdresser a picture of the layered haircut I wanted, and he did not disappoint at all. I don’t normally trust people with my hair, but this salon completely changed that for me. I’m so happy with my haircut, and the service is 10/10. I’m definitely coming back, and they also offer great hair treatments if you want to keep your hair healthy.

This is probably the best place in the world if you’d like to have a balayage done! - they took their time to understand what it was that I wanted. - they gave me a private room to breastfeed my baby every two hours. - they made sure that the colour came out perfectly. - they always made sure so had enough to drink and asked me if I am hungry too. - they also prepared me mentally to sit for a very long time and it was worth it. You can see before and after and how it turned out. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

This luxury salon in Sukhumvit, Bangkok, offers comprehensive beauty treatments. I received a men's haircut, head spa, shave, and facial massage. I experienced top-notch techniques and service. There are many staff members, each with specialized roles, and each offers professional service and high-quality technique. It seemed to attract a lot of upper-class customers, including wealthy Thais, international tourists, and expatriates. It's run by the same company as the neighboring Take Care, and my wife received a hair treatment there. The second floor is for eyelashes, and the third floor is for nails, with separate menus for each floor. Both eyelashes and nails are highly specialized, and you can receive first-class techniques and service. If you're visiting Bangkok, be sure to stop by. It was a great experience and learning experience to receive techniques and services that are hard to find in Japan.

It was a pleasure coming to the salon . We stumbled upon it while looking for another one but was worth a visit . Extremely professional and the facilities are amazing . The level of hospitality is unmatched and we had an amazing experience with the staff . Very knowledgeable proactive and extremely warm . The consult started with the best advise and there was never a push to buy something unnecessary . It felt like a 7 star hotel experience in 4 hours . I will recommend it to all the expats especially Indians Since they understand our gait well . My husband and I both got pampered here, like king and queen. We've seen this place so many times from the BTS station, we said so many times we have to try it and we're so glad we finally did. This place is modern, clean, very professional and indulging. Staff are very welcoming and lovely. I got an amazing gel mani pedi and my husband got a hand mani treatment, with lots of scrubs and creams and massages. The massage chairs were so comfortable, with hidden sinks for hands and feet, so cool. A special thank you to Ms. Somjuk, Ms. Dao and Ms. Karn, who were so gentle yet thorough and took such good care of us and did an amazing job. We will definitely return for lots of other treatments on offer here. Highly recommended.

I came here to get gel nail extensions, and overall, I had a really good experience. The staff was friendly and professional from the moment I walked in. They gave clear pricing information and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, which I appreciated. The nail technician was skilled and paid close attention to detail. She took her time shaping my nails perfectly and made sure I was happy with everything along the way. I loved how comfortable the chairs were-it made the whole experience so much more relaxing. Consistent great nail service! Going to this place for many years to do my nails. Very friendly and caring team. Khun Sara worked wonders at my toe nails and makes sure I am happy with the result. All the nail technician are very good. Our daughter wanted a specific style of nails and the result was amazing. So much attention to detail. K Patch and K Nhoi are real artist! 👏✨

Pricy hair treatment (2800 THB) said it’s 90 mins hair spa, turned out to be only 1 hour without any basic massage or head massage. Very very overpriced for what it is.

they have really good manicures and pedicures but its a bit insane with the bookings. i made a booking at 3.30pm and at almost 5pm i am still sitting and waiting for my manicure. it is a total waste of my time.. they should not be taking bookings if they cant honour them.

However, after my eyebrows were done and I went downstairs to the counter, they charged me 7,000 baht. I repeatedly emphasized that we had agreed upon the 700 baht fee before the procedure began. Ultimately, I ended up paying 7,000 baht. It was an expensive lesson for being scammed. I would like to warn anyone considering this salon: • Don't rely solely on verbal agreements. Get the price clearly and in writing. • Use Google Translate to verify the prices displayed in your own language. I've visited Bangkok many times and always trust the honesty of locals. Overpriced and bad quality

I tried getting my hair straightened here, and the result was a complete hair loss. From someone who didn't have damaged hair, it became severely damaged and broken. And the price wasn't cheap either. If anyone is thinking of getting their hair straightened here, I would say, run away! The stylist's solution was to have me pay for a wash and blow-dry, and they would do a treatment. But washes and blow-dries are expensive here. Why should a customer who has already paid a high price for hair treatment have to pay for repairs to fix the damage the stylist caused? I am not impressed and will stop using their services.

My girlfriend and I had Indian head massage for 1 hour. The salesperson told us it was 1,200 baht/hour/person. The service includes head massage with aroma oil and some facial massage. The massage was terrific. After the massage, the masseur told me to wash my hair. I understood that it was part of the service because my hair was completely covered in oil. It wouldn’t be sensible to leave the shop in that condition. However, the total price is 3,400 baht (not 2,400 baht as I expected). The staff explained that the head massage+hair wash for me was 1,600 (1,800 for my girlfriend). They never told us beforehand that hair wash would be charged extra. They didn’t let us choose either to have hair wash or not. They forced us to buy the service without informing us. I think that such behaviour is not different from what scammers do. The massage is good, but the sale service is horrible, which ruined the whole experience. Very disappointing.

It was the worst nightmare. They assigned an inexperienced hairdresser who doesn’t speak English and cut my hair totally wrong from the photo reference I show him. It’s so short now it’ll take months for it to grow long enough ti retouch. They also charge overprice. My hair is very short like men’s hair but they charge 3500 bhat for coloring while it’s should be under 3000 baht according to their price list for my length.. They are rip off. I used to come here once a month and I won’t visit here anymore. The quality of the gel manicure you can see after 1 day already peel off, and this is not the first time happened. They will say have warranty 7 days but it happens when I fly to other countries and they cannot do anything about this. Today I came to off my gel, the staff had very bad mood and over polish my nails. The surface of my nails is uneven 🥲🥲
