My wife and I have become regular customers because they provide excellent service in a very clean environment. The staff is very good and friendly. We have tried several other establishments, some good and some not so good, from very high end to moderately priced, and found that Thai Thai provides the best overall service and price point of all.

I went to a salon near Nara Station. They accommodated me right away even without a reservation and I ordered a 120-minute traditional Thai massage. After my feet were washed, I was taken to a private room. The room was clean and air-conditioned, with soothing music playing and the lights dimmed during the treatment, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. My massage therapist, Mam, only spoke Thai, but she used gestures to explain my position and was very kind and friendly. Best of all, her massage technique was amazing! ✨✨ Maybe it was because I had a strong core, but she applied a lot of pressure to loosen up my stiff body. And it didn't hurt at all. She stretched me while massaging, which felt really good! 💖 After the massage, they served me tea, and Mam watched over me while I sipped it. lol This is a great salon. I'd definitely use it again!

Good location near BTS Phrom Phong. I booked a foot massage through the Gowabi app. At first I was a little confused because there are two shops on Sukhumvit 24 “Thai Thai Massage” and “Thai Thai Massage Signature located very close to each other. The massage itself was ok, staff were nice and friendly, and the shop was clean. Overall a decent experience and convenient spot for a quick massage.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my experience at your massage establishment, which I visited with my husband. From the moment we arrived, the service was unacceptable. Despite being polite and respectful, we were not greeted by the reception staff. We waited for approximately 30 minutes before I asked about the prices. Instead of providing proper assistance, the receptionist rudely told me to go sit elsewhere and read the prices myself on a sign. Upon entering, we were completely ignored no eye contact and no greeting. During the massage, the air conditioning was excessively cold, and the therapists rushed through the session in a very unprofessional manner, clearly trying to end the treatment as quickly as possible. Before the massage had even ended, the music and air conditioning were turned off. We were then asked to exit through the back door. When I requested to use the restroom, I was informed that it was already closed. Everything was handled in a rushed manner to force us to leave immediately. At the end of the session, we were not even given time to drink the tea, as everything was already shut down and a staff member was standing by the door waiting for us to leave. This experience was extremely disappointing and does not reflect the level of service or respect that should be expected from a professional massage center. I strongly regret this visit and will not be returning. I also feel it is important to share this experience so that future customers are aware of the treatment they may receive.

The receptionist wearing glasses had the worst attitude. My appointment was 1 hour and 30 minutes away and she told me to wait there. Previously, when there was a different receptionist, she would tell me I could go out, but this receptionist's attitude was unreasonable.

The price is much higher than others, and while I can’t deny they have a fancy reception and waiting area, I absolutely cannot accept the condition of the room. The door panel is see-through, and the bottom part is see-through as well. I went alone. When I was shown to the room, a man was taken to his room at the same time. The masseuse didn’t even close the sliding door properly—she left it half open. Then I realized there was another customer in the next room. I quickly closed the sliding door myself, but it couldn’t even be locked! When I started changing, I noticed that if someone in the next room was standing, they could actually see me changing. I was so scared that I had to kneel down to change my clothes. The massage was just okay, and I felt the masseuse was quite rude and didn’t guide me at all when changing directions. Overall, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in Bangkok, especially for my first time. I will not come back to this place again.

The worst massage I have had in Bangkok I didn’t know any Thai massage can be so bad. The masseuse were all aunties who looked like they didn’t wanna be there. I got the tiger balm deep tissue massage and all I got was fingers tapping my skin lol this is tourist trap at a very good location so if you want a real massage there are too many other ones in bkk. The experience was terrible. The masseur didn't seem to be applying enough pressure. I asked him to press harder, but he pressed with all his might. He was practically throwing a tantrum, lashing out at me the entire time. Totally unprofessional. Afterwards, I noticed multiple bruises on my feet! They're basically hurting their customers! He also didn't trim his nails, which made the massage even more uncomfortable! Don't go! 🙅🏿🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏿‍♂️

Just had the worst massage experience in Bangkok. The masseuse was so rude. She pat me instead of asking me to lift my foot up. I was shocked and didn’t feel comfortable and being respected. If you want to relax please go somewhere else. The masseuses here they looked tired and looked like they are forced to work. :(

The receptionist was very rude. They were so busy they couldn't handle the business themselves. When they saw other customers coming, they were afraid they wouldn't be able to make any sales and were even aggressive. It's true to what other reviews say. You have to depend on their attitude when you pay. There are so many places, and none of them are any better. I saw they were selling platform coupons, but I felt like I'd be losing money if I went there. I wouldn't recommend it. The added fees didn't seem worthwhile either.
