It's a shame there wasn't a wider variety of aroma oils to choose from, but the oils they had were very fragrant, so that was okay. P.S. I wish there were more restrooms because it gets crowded.🥹

I've had many massages in Thailand, but this one was exceptional! I asked for a Siamese aromatherapy oil massage with a hot herbal compress. It was a perfect blend of a deep and relaxing massage, exactly what I wanted. As I was settling in, I asked the masseuse to be careful because I had sprained my foot a week prior. Not only was she careful, but she also spent a lot of time working on it. When I left, I had almost no pain and my mobility was restored! The salon was very pretty, calm, soothing, and clean. ✨️

I searched on the spur of the moment, booked a discount through Klook, and was very satisfied. I had a Thai oil massage, and the pressure and stretching ratio was just right. They also adjusted the air conditioning temperature frequently, which was a nice touch.

I love this place! I went here multiple times and all the massage ladies were really skilled. Everyone tries to make you feel welcomed, the prices are fair and the place is clean and comfortable. The reception lady is very sweet! I want to call out one review here right before me from someone called Jimmy. I was having a foot massage when this customer started being rude and screaming through the whole place, waking up me and other clients. He claimed to be scammed and was acting like a crazy person towards the staff, who stayed very professional and tried to find solutions. I guess he just wanted to complain in hopes to get some cash back. The massage menu is literally one page, listing all the services and prices clearly. Accusing the people of scam, because you can’t read is embarrassing. Please ignore it, come to the place and see for yourself 💜

I had a one-hour foot massage, and the pressure was just right for me since I'm not used to it. The recliner and the atmosphere were also very comfortable and relaxing.

I usually love massages, both cheap and expensive, but this was my first time using this place. I chose it because it's close to home. The shop is beautiful, cute, and cozy – I loved it. I booked a 30-minute scrub and a 60-minute aroma oil massage. When I arrived, the staff were very frantic and overwhelmed. I didn't understand why. They seemed stressed, complaining about not having breakfast and being tired. During the scrub, they started scrubbing me first, complaining, "Wow, will we even have 30 minutes?" and the scrub was very strong. Then, during the massage, it felt like they weren't paying attention. This review isn't a complaint against the shop, but I want them to be aware of customer feedback so they can improve. The location is great, and there are many foreigners there.

The environment was nice, but the massage prices were mid-to-high range. The masseur I encountered wasn't particularly skilled.

I went for a massage with my partner. We both had an aromatherapy/oil therapy. It had nothing to do with aromatherapy. It was just some random oil. At first, the massage seemed very rushed, with very fast movements. This improved, though. The masseurs kept talking loudly to each other and laughing. The air conditioning blew cold air directly onto the body. My partner's massage went very high up on his leg, and the masseuse's hand kept touching his genital area. When he said he didn't want to be massaged that high, neither of the masseurs understood. Only after an explanation did they understand. And then they started talking and laughing again. Very unpleasant. On the positive side, you can shower off the oil after the massage, and the place is very nicely decorated.

I don't recommend coming here late at night. The masseurs feel very tired and seem almost asleep and are just waiting for the time to pass. Not at all worth the high price paid for a foot massage.

High price. I think it was the softest massage I have ever gotten with the least effort. A waste of my time and money. I do NOT recommend.

The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and seemed completely untrained in customer service. I called to inquire about confirming a reservation I made through a website. The employee just kept saying they were very busy and then hung up, telling me to confirm directly with the website I booked through, even though the restaurant should be the one confirming the reservation for the customer. When I asked who I was speaking to, the employee said it wasn't necessary and then hung up. The restaurant needs proper training for its staff on how to control their emotions. If they can't do this, they shouldn't be working in customer service. Keeping employees like this will only lead to negative feedback for the restaurant.

The receptionist was so rude! The customer service at this massage parlor was terrible! They impatiently told us to look at the menu ourselves after we asked several times.

Beware of this scam/shabby salon. Only the price and the storefront are upscale. You pay the price of a high-end spa, and that's what fooled me! No decent toilet. No massage table, just a mattress on the floor and a cushion you try to breathe into in a tiny 2-square-meter closet! One of the most pathetic massage parlors I've ever been to, and believe me, I'm an expert because I've been to over 40 Thai massage parlors! Even beachside massage parlors are nicer and four times cheaper! No box to store your belongings. No fabric over your eyes to help you relax. You can, however, admire the electrical wires hanging from the ceiling! It's an absolute disgrace… Avoid this place at all costs; it's a tourist trap. They know their customers will never come back! I gave it one star to be able to publish, but in reality, it's minus one. There are so many other reputable salons that I feel I must warn you. Avoid Thai Thai Signature Soi 24 without hesitation. If this is truly one of the Thai Thai chain salons, the person in charge of this brand must intervene immediately. Shameful!

We had very bad experience ever in my life in Thailand. This receptionist woman was not honest with us. I was overcharged. First of all, i asked a receptionist who has a angry face “Do you have a foot massage? And then She pointed best seller “signature 5 in 1 and said “you can do this. I said i just wanted only foot massage. She said that i can have foot massage only for an hour. She could have mentioned the menu “only foot massage” an hour for 490baht. This is a cheat and dishonest with foreign customers. This lady was rude and angry at me. I demanded a refund 160baht, but she said “No” She should have charged me 490baht instead 650baht This shop should fire this woman.

Date: January 10, 2026, Time: 10:15 PM I had the opportunity to try a Thai massage + aroma massage for 1,390 baht, 90 minutes. I had a very surprising experience, unlike the many massages I've had before, both cheap and expensive. This time was extremely disappointing. 1. The masseuse asked if it hurt. I answered yes, but she continued to press hard and told me to endure it and take some paracetamol, saying it would make me feel better. (I didn't ask for a strong massage beforehand.) 2. After the Thai massage, she only asked me to remove the shirt I wore for the Thai massage, and then massaged my back with oil. The masseuse said it was only a back massage, not a full-body massage. (Perhaps I misunderstood, thinking I would get a full-body aroma massage after the Thai massage like at other places.) 3. The male masseur in the next room was muttering loudly (his customer was a foreigner, so I couldn't understand him). This might be because the staff is new or the shop hasn't trained them well enough. Please continue to improve. I'm rooting for you!
