I had a deep tissue massage, and the only thing I can say is that it was amazing. The place is very clean, and the staff are professional and welcoming.

We had a 90-minute massage at URI and for 650 THB, it was absolutely worth it. The pressure was just perfect! Relaxing yet effective, especially after long days of walking around Bangkok. The therapists were professional and consistent throughout the session. The location is along a busier area, so it isn’t the most serene setting if you’re looking for a completely quiet, spa-like escape. That said, it didn’t take away too much from the overall experience, and the convenience more than made up for it since it’s just a short walking distance from our hotel. Overall, a great value massage in the Asoke area and a solid choice if you want quality treatment without the luxury spa price.

Showers and room were cold which took the enjoyment and relaxation off the experience. the massage itself and oils used were nice and relaxing but nothing special. So maybe a little expensive for the 2 hr body scrub and oil massage we had.

I wish there was a negative star i would give that Yesterday i went for a massage i was like let me experience expensive place today since i am a crew so i have been to bkk a lot of times and infact get massages from all around the world so i know what massage etiquette is When i went i took 2hr aroma oil The lady told me u can ask the masseuse to do little high pressure if u want I paid 1600tbh The lady started okay I told her to spend more time on my calves muscle with high pressure In the name of high pressure she only used her elbow on me she never used her fingers palm to put oil and after that only elbow. Then in 10mins another guest comes for her massage in side bed and they all the guest and both massage girls started speaking in thai and giggling and laughing and ruining my experience i never said anything to them and i ignored i received an urgent call from hospital and the guest from other side started saying oh i need peace her till the time i had to say u were also speaking in ur language and laughing so just because u don't understand my language stop all this and it was an urgent call from someone in hospital from my side After the call i started crying silently when the massage lady put towel on my face i told her to stop for 2mins instead she puts a towel on my face and tells me to lie down and she starts massaging my legs again and she was tired already she was stopping in between while giving massage She thought i was distracted in my phone since i was messaging throughout but no i asked her are you okay take rest if u r tired she didn't understood And later she is again massaging the same area she did 5mins ago So basically she was giving me high pressure massage from her elbow on my legs even by resting her elbow on me And then she gave me 5mins massage on one hand 5mins on another and then shoulders 5mins and then finish 2hrs so she literally gave me wasted my time her time and the money i spent is also wasted I told everything to the receptionist and she told me next time u come take 20% discount I am like there is no next time here i don't care about discount And she said take my number and tomorrow tell me if u have pain i will check Now i have my flight back to my base which i have to operate and i have a stiff back and my feets hurt now I was better without massage Go to siam massage opposite platinum mall Very professional and understanding massage team they have I would have got a lot of things in 1600 tbh or cheaper actually and would have given tips of 100tbh there and would have got good experience there I want my refund i feel so bad and racism against me just bcoz i am not thai they told me not to speak and they never apologize for there laughing and giggling and talking throughout I need my refund
