Have visited this place couple of times, and been very happy with both the service and results of the treatments. Will return on my next trip to Bangkok.

Was in Bangkok for a 4 day business trip. Did my research on this most recent trip (I travel to Bangkok 3-4 times per year) for a good facial and massage place, since I am also a "medical and therapeutic tourist" on business trips because these types of services in the San Francisco Bay Area are expensive and advanced reservations in California are required at the best places. So I decided on Vonae Beauty & Spa. Note: They focus on beauty upkeep and maintenance, so for facials and aesthetic care, this is their specialty and niche. I arrived at Times Square mall in downtown Bangkok (Sukhumvit area) and took the elevator to the 3rd floor, where Vonae is located. Nice and air-conditioned, and tucked away from the busy and noisy street. Was met by Brian, who worked the front desk. Brian was nice and professional, and offered me an ice-cold drink as I re-confirmed my choice of a 60min facial treatment + 60min Aromatherapy combo package, which was a BARGAIN considering I used to frequent Diora Luxe Spa for over 2 years on past business trips and spending 3500-4000 Thai baht for a 2-hour session there. I stopped going to Diora Luxe due to the way they treated my favorite masseuse there so much that she quit and left. So looking for a new facial and massage replacement, I found it in Vonae. Clean, professional, and they even offered me use of their showers there, which I didn't need since I was staying at Grande Centre Point Terminal 21 which is right across the street. So close. My facial technician and massage therapist was named "Thae". She was excellent and so skilled at her work/specialty. From starting off with the full body Aromatherapy massage, Thae asked me at least two times whether the pressure was right. This showed that she cared about her work, and most importantly, her customer...ME! After thoroughly giving me a 60min 5-star massage, Thae then performed a 5-star 60min facial session which was so gentle, so skilled, so perfect. This session was on par with my sessions at Diora Luxe when my favorite technician "Fon" was working there. The only difference? At Vonae, the price is HALF. Yep, you guessed it, it only cost me 1700 Baht for the 120min combo package. Remember, at Diora Luxe it cost me routinely 3500 Baht to 4000 Baht. What a bargain VONAE Beauty & Spa is. I will be visiting and repeating at Vonae again on my future business trips to Bangkok. I have found my "go-to" place and best of all, it is in the heart of downtown Sukhumvit. Khap Khun Krap, Brian & Thae!

Our best facial so far! The lady’s really have magic hands and treated us with care and attention. From the outside it looks like a normal place but the lady’s are professional and know what they are doing. Definitely will come back here as soon as we’re back in Bangkok.

It was my first facial massage, and it felt amazing! ️It started with hot stones, then they placed a warm pillow on my stomach, and then the facial massage began. I chose the Gold Treatment + Lifting 2-hour course.

So pleased that I randomly found this place online. We made our reservation through Line app. Me and my partner both had a facial ans honestly the price was so good for Bangkok and the whole experience. The facial included a body massage and it was really relaxing - one of the most relaxing facials I’ve had. They also gave me a heated pillow to hug during the facial which was a really nice touch, as often it can get a little cold with aircon. I will say that maybe some of the products was a bit too much or heavy for my skin as later that day I did get two pimples on my nose and I never get pimples. However, I do recommend this place and would go back.

I did the Derma lifting yesterday. First impression was good as the manager spoke good English and showed me the machines to make a decision. It was a relaxing experience with the body massage, hot stones, besides the actual facial. I really enjoyed the facial massage as well. They are very kind and polite. Thank you!

This is a very cute place with friendly staff and a nice relaxing atmosphere. I had a really amazing 2-hour massage and facial here, which included hot stones, and I felt fabulous afterwards. Would definitely recommend. (Worth noting that there's no bathroom on the premises so best to make sure you're sorted before you arrive.)

Conveniently located, on the 3rd floor of the Times Square Building, directly connected to the footbridge from Asok MRT station (same floor as the footbridge). Clean and comfortable! I had a 2.5-hour "super deluxe package," including a 50-minute exfoliating scrub, a 50-minute oil massage (with hot stones in between), and a 50-minute anti-aging facial. The price was 2500 baht. Extremely comfortable! I loved it! Highly recommended!

Took the Replenishing treatment include facial and massage with hot stone while partner took the Derma lifting treatment. I fall alseep bcos it was so comfortable. Both me and partner are happy with the services and experience Vonae provided. Damn good damn shiok

My partner and I came here for our first ever facials and had such a great experience. We both got the Hydrating Facial Lifting Treatment. The providers were calm and professional, and the treatments were so relaxing and effective! We were both shocked by how refreshed, plump, and glowing our faces were at the end! The prices are incredibly reasonable too. I would go again in a heartbeat, highly recommend!

I went for an anti-aging and lifting facial treatment and it was very good! It lasted 120min and was so relaxing as there is also some massage included. The atmosphere was also very relaxing. I definitely recommend

I received a 90-minute Hydrating Facial Lifting Treatment. Booking was easy through the salon's website, and it was also conveniently located near BTS Asok Station. In Bangkok, my face always felt dirty from exhaust fumes, so I was very satisfied with getting it cleaned on the day I was leaving. They offered a discount, so I think it was a better deal than other salons. The Sukhumvit MRT Station is within walking distance, making it a very convenient location for taking the train to the airport. The therapist was kind and had solid skills. I'm really glad I went, as it helped me recover from the fatigue of my trip. Thank you very much.

December 15, 2024 《JCB Card Special Offer Available》 I made a reservation in advance in Japan via LINE. This is my second visit, having first visited six years ago. This time I chose the Gold Treatment. In addition to my face, I also received a hot stone back massage, arm and leg massage. ✨ I completely melted after 90 minutes of bliss. 💆 I'll definitely return.

Visited Vonae Beauty yesterday with family and friends, had the most wonderful experience from start to finish. Our packages included the luxury spa package and facials - we came out feeling lighter than air! All the staff are excellent and so welcoming and lovely. Look forward to visiting again!

The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was great, and I was very satisfied. While the noise from the staff handling the equipment was a bit of a concern, the massage was excellent.

I got the gold treatment 90 min facial at Vonae and it was incredible. Thae, my masseuse did an amazing job. The staff are kind and the ambiance is tranquil. The beginning hot stone massage was relaxing and the facial was soothing. I found this Korean spa through google reviews and it didn’t disappoint. 10/10 recommend!

I visited Bangkok on November 1st, my first vacation, and although I didn't make a reservation, I was fortunate enough to get a massage right away. I got a foot massage. Prices were listed in Korean, and the staff could provide basic instructions in English, so I had no trouble getting my massage. This was my first time in Thailand, and Thai massage wasn't something I was familiar with. I don't really enjoy massages. I don't like being touched, and I get nervous and stiff when touched. However, someone who had visited Thailand before me advised me that if I wanted to enjoy my time there, I should get a daily massage to relax. That day, my legs were sore and I was extremely tired, so I stumbled upon a place and got a massage. The massage was performed lying down in comfortable clothes. This allowed me to enjoy the massage without any discomfort, regardless of my clothing. The massage was also accompanied by dim lighting, soothing music. The masseuse carefully checked my body for any discomfort and asked questions, ensuring the intensity was right. The temperature of the towel wrapped around my feet was just right. Perhaps because the environment felt so calming, I was able to quickly relax, even in an unfamiliar place. And most of all, the massage was fantastic. My feet were so sore that evening, and my calves and thighs were so stiff that I rushed to get a massage. Afterward, I joked with my friends, "This is like getting a new arm and leg." I felt a bit of body aches, but they disappeared. Thanks to that, I was able to wander around the night market and nearby bars as much as I wanted afterward. If I hadn't gotten a massage, I probably would've given up on these things. That experience was so special that I incorporated massages into every itinerary I had during my vacation. While I received excellent massages at other salons, the massage I received at Vonae Beauty & Spa was by far the best. I was particularly impressed by the attentiveness of the staff, who were always eager to answer any questions I had. Unfortunately, I was unable to return to this massage parlor because I was busy with other tourist attractions. However, if I ever visit Bangkok again, I'd definitely go there with my friends. It's a place that introduced me to the wonders of Thai massage. I especially recommend it to anyone trying it for the first time. :)

I came here since I was having a small breakout when I arrived in Thailand. Have had 2 facials so far (Classic and Rejuvenating) and both have been great. My skin has calmed down a bit now since. The place is hygienic and the service is excellent. Some of the staff speak Japanese.

I went on the second and fifth days of my Bangkok trip. I tried the whitening course both times. My skin became so smooth, and my pores became noticeably smaller. I also used sunscreen, but this may be why I barely got sunburned during this trip. They also provide a thorough body massage, so it's great value for money. The therapists are cheerful and kind, and they provide thorough, careful treatments. I'd definitely come back again. Revisited in August 2025 I received another whitening facial. Thank you for accommodating me even though I didn't have an appointment and it was a Saturday. It felt amazing, and my face is so smooth and shiny, I'm very satisfied. I'll definitely come again.

The price is cheap, but the treatment was good, and the room was clean and tidy. The price is the same as a cheap massage shop in town, but this shop is set up like an esthetic salon. I heard that the gold treatment is recommended and has good value for money, so I went to try it ♪ It felt good and left my skin smooth!

The facial massage was a bit unloving at times, but otherwise quite good. The price/performance ratio was okay.

I'd rate it 1 out of 10. I got an eyelash perm, but the results were terrible. I was given the choice between strong and natural, and my friend said that the strong perm wasn't enough for her, so I went for the strong perm. However, they forced my eyelashes up from the root, so when I opened my eyes, they stuck to my eyelids. They weren't even shaped properly, and they were just messy. What's more, they even shaved my eyebrows without me asking, which really shocked me. 500 baht for all that is way too much. I want my money back.

I give this place 1 out of 10. The external price board is only a trap to lure customers inside, but the reality is completely different. The service is very poor, the staff are not properly trained, and the overall atmosphere does not feel professional or hygienic. I couldn’t even complete my session and had to leave. Definitely not recommended.

The staff is nice and friendly but I would not recommend this place. The whole facial and massage were just under expectation, my face is still not cleaned and when the staff put gel mask on my face, she poured and press the gel on my eye, I have never experienced facial which forced gel mask into my eye, and the staff were still smiling, I told her to not touch my eyes but she still applied it and rubbed it off later. After I went home, I have to clean the mask myself cuz she did not remove all of them, not to mention those remained around my eye…… The massage is also not satisfying, one thing is she was just touching me when doing massage, but when it comes to my leg she use her body weight to press me which make my legs hurts so much and had weird bone sound, and again, she was smiling. Came due to good reviews, but this is very terrible experience to be honest.
